"Are you okay with Blackbeard, Jim? You gonna be able to serve in his crew, considering? Ivan asked his shipmate.
"Considering? You mean considering that he had Fang knock me out? That he left my friends stranded on an island where who knows what has had happened to them?"
"Considering that he signed away ten years of his life to save your former captain, who, somehow or another, is nowhere to be seen, is he?" Ivan retorted.
"Your captain is here. And he threw all of my captain's stuff overboard. Doesn't seem like he expects him to be coming back" Jim blasted.
"Your captain had too much frilly nonsense on this ship anyway".
"Your captain liked my captain's frilly nonsense."
"Your captain put you all in danger by involving you in a fight with the English to begin with."
"Your captain...Fuck it. My captain is ridiculous, isn't he?" "So what do you think?" Jim added. "Are they gonna find their way back to each other?"
Ivan just looked at Jim and shrugged.
On another part of the ship there was a conversation going on between Lucius and Fang.
"He was changing because of Bonnett. In a good way." Fang said. "He was having fun. He was happy. He deserves to be happy."
Lucius nodded his head. "Stede was changing too. He actually seemed like he could become a competent sea captain." Fang wasn't sure he agreed. Lucius continued "If Izzy had taken his medicine like a man, if he had taken defeat at Stede's hands and not brought the fucking English Navy down on them..."
"Izzy" Fang grumbled under his breath.
