*Imagine Legolas teaching you archery*

"Almost! Try again again, Mellon Nin." Legolas tries to encourage. I just couldn't get the hang of it! I regain my composure and draw back the bow, only to shoot the arrow at one of the many trees covering the woody area instead of the target.
"Legolas, it's hopeless!" I groan in frustration.
"Keep trying y/n, it is not hopeless. I was hardly any good when I began." I knew he was lying. He invited me to one of his archery competitions when he first began. He hit every single target with perfect precision. We were mere eflings then! I give him a look that screamed, 'I know that's a lie, but I appreciate the effort.' He laughs under his breath at my expression.
I shoot another arrow, and it lands at the feet of an older elf maid who was ordered by King Thranduil to tend any of our needs throughout the day as we practiced. Her eyes widen in horror and then her face quickly softens as she laughs at what has just happened.
"I'm terribly sorry!" I say as I frantically rush to her. Legolas follows swiftly behind me.
"Oh, it's quite alright my dear." She assures me. I bury my face in my hands and turn to Legolas and say "I'm done Legolas. I'm just not an archer like you." I set my bow down on the table. The prince picks it up and extends his hand to give it back to me. "Please try one more time. I see a lot of potential in you. I'll help this time." He offers.

You take the bow and put draw back the quiver. Legolas helps you with your stance and puts his own hands on the bow to help angle it better. "Ok, and let the arrow go."

Bullseye.
