Trapped | Wukong & Macaque

You were heading up the path on flower fruit mountain towards your lovers.

You ended up taking a walk in the morning for fresh air as you saw little monkeys wondering around. You even ended up hearing your lovers in the distance, Wukong and Macaque start their little dueling. It was extremely loud but it happened a lot.

What you didn't expect was that the ground underneath you broke causing you to book it to the side. You really needed to tell them to calm down with this whole thing.

You started to run back to them only did it get worse for you. The whole area started to shake as if it was an earthquake. This destroyed your sense of balance.

You ended up stumbling backwards and falling into a river. You tried grabbing onto shore only to fall back in.

Your body was just getting pushed further away. You came across a small wooden platform that you could latch onto and you did. You felt water continue to push hard against your back as you were coughing out water.

"Guys!" You smiled hesitantly at your predicament and started to call out. "A little help?."

The little monkeys passed by seeing you in danger which caused them to panic and rush over to Wukong.

Back at the training area near the house. Wukong and Macaque were still going at it.

"I clearly won this." Wukong spoke with exhaustion.

"I beg to differ." Macaque panted on the ground.

"HELP" Your lovers ears perked at the sound of your voice calling for them.

"Was that?-" Wukong questioned before a bunch of the little monkeys rushed over and repeated over and over again that you were in danger. Instantly both of them ran over.

They were extremely worried and scared of loosing you. You weren't immortal that was a major problem for them because they always panicked when you came home with just a small bruise.

"Where is he?!" Macaque scouted next to Wukong, looking all over. Until they finally found you latching on for dear life.

"How did you get on there?!" Wukong

"Your so called training." You gave them an are-you-serious-look. Making them both realized that they went way too overboard with their powers on the island.

You were whimpering against the platform, closing your eyes. You were scared and they could sense that immediately.

"Come on peaches!" Wukong reached his hand out towards you the best he could. "Swim towards me!"

"I-I can't." You widened your eyes.

"What do you mean?" Macaque frowned, gripping on Wukong's hand, who tried reaching for you. They were extending the length to grab a hold of you. "Grab on!"

"I-I can't SWIM!" You yelled as you gripped against the small wooden platform.

Both your lovers were shocked at your situation as they saw tears were coming out on the corners of your eyes. This was bad.

Neither of them could grab a hold of you with their powers. They were exhausted from training and they practically used all their abilities.

The platform ended up snapping in half causing you to fall back in the water.

"Y/N!" You heard them yell in unison.

You were trying to swim up but you couldn't, you were just sinking. You were panicking because you didn't know how to swim.

The suns light reflecting on the water was fading away as you were being taken deeper. You ended up loosing air and unintentionally gasped out, causing a lot of water to fill your lungs.

Slowly your eyes were beginning to close on you, the light was getting further away. Then everything went black.

You immediately gasped as you choked out water, you even coughed afterwards.

You noticed that you were on the ground surrounded by your lovers who were frantically panicking with you in their arms. They were practically soaking wet as their upper clothing was gone.

"Y/N!" They both yelled in unison. "You're okay!"

They both embraced you into a huge and tight hug. As you returned the same action back, you were quietly sobbing. This entire event shook you to the core.

Seconds later they let go, worried that they might be suffocating you. After all, you needed to breath and calm down.

"Why didn't you tell us you couldn't swim?!" Macaque put both of his hands on your face.

"I-...I don't know." Tears were streaming down your face hard. "I just couldn't!"

"Hey it's okay." Wukong hushed you softly as he wiped away some tears. "What matters is that you're safe now."

"Couldn't agree more, you had us worried sick." Macaque sighed before pecking your forehead. "Please next time tell us things like this, we can help you lotus.."

"I'm s-sorry." You ended up saying while they smiled softly at you.

"You don't have to be sorry peaches, it's alright." Wukong wrapped his tail around your torso.

"Plus why would we get mad at you?" Macaque chuckled as he wrapped his tail around your torso as well. They were both giving you reassurance.

After an hour had passed, they ended up taking you to the house you all lived in on the mountain. You were still shaking a bit in the bedroom as a blanket was wrapped around you.

"You're okay lotus." Macaque cuddled against you, giving you small kisses all over your face while rubbing your back.

"I'm back!~" Wukong sung coming through the door.

"And where did you go?" Macaque squinted his eyes at him.

"I had to tell Mk to post pone training for another time." Wukong sighed. "I wanna take care of y/n with you."

Macaque hummed as he nodded, he then used one his hands and pointed to the other side of you. This was an indication for Wukong to come over.

You were practically frightened to death which worried them. Wukong and Macaque decided that the next couple of days they'll help you calm down but soon they will teach you how to swim, if you consented of course. Even if they don't know much either... it would be fun.

Once Wukong nuzzled against you and wrapped his arms around your waist, he started to tell you funny stories. Specifically all the embarrassing ones from Macaque.

Which of course got the black monkeys attention as he denied and counterattacked with all of Wukong's.

You were starting to giggle as you commented at each story. They took notice of the sudden change in your behavior and were glad things were going in the right direction.

Soon after they started to tickle you and call you adorable names leaving you a flustered mess. They'll try anything that comes to mind to get your mind off the incident.

You may have felt trapped in water.

But you will always have those who will set you free.
