Leonard and I have known each other since we were babies. Our parents were friends so it only makes sense for us to be friends too.

But the thing was, Leonard was the next in line to be king and I was well...next in line to get food at a fast food joint. If that tells you anything.

Leonard's parents let us be friends, although, they didn't really find me as the appropriate suitor as queen for Leonard.

I begged to differ, but I suppose it was because I gained feelings for him.

Age: Kid

One day, Leonard put a blind fold around my eyes as he led me somewhere that he wanted to show me badly.

"You'll love it, (Y/N)!" He snorted as he laughed.

"Okay! I trust you." I grinned as I also snorted excitedly.

Leonard continued to lead me somewhere. He always have something to show me all the time.

He unblinded and showed me.

I gasped as I saw the extensive field of dandelions. Some were white and fluffy while others were yellow.

I grabbed Leonard's hoof and ran through the dandelions as I was laughing.

Leonard looked at me as he smiled. We both grabbed each other's hoof as we messed around as we both laughed and giggled.

Seeing Leonard like this made me so happy.

Leonard and I were laying in the field of dandelions as we were watching the clouds floating by.

We pointed at some and described what it looked like.

Although, slowly, I wasn't paying attention to the clouds. I was looking at Leonard. He noticed and turned his head towards me curiously.

I quickly looked away and stared at the sky as I smiled. I pointed at a cloud and told him what it looked like.

Leonard grabbed my hoof that I had laying on my stomach.

I stopped breathing as I looked at Leonard, but he wasn't looking at me, instead he was looking at the sky with a smile.

I looked at the sky with him, squeezing his hoof.

We both looked at each other smiling shyly. Leonard made a move and scooted in closer to me.

We began to cuddle as the wind softly blew, but hard enough that it released the dandelion's white fluff.

I breathed in, inhaling the whole sky.

I blew on a white fluffy dandelion as it floated into the wind.

I was back at the field alone, Leonard's parents found out about us and banned him from leaving the castle for a long time.

It was night time and the moon was full.

Leonard looked out his window boredly and saw dandelion seeds floating pass him.

He hummed in thought and began to leave his castle in secret. Sneaking past the guards successfully.

He ran through the whole city and towards the special spot.

I saw Leonard in the distance, I smiled widely as we both ran towards each other. He picked me up and spun me around.

We both snuggled into each other. Missing each other's touch.

I met Leonard at our typical spot. He was there, waiting. He knelt down on one knee as he grabbed my hoof, talking to me.

I nodded with a grin as I teared up and jumped into his arms as we both gave each other a loving kiss.

I slowly began to wake up. I noticed through my eyelids everything became dark. I opened my eyes with furrowed eyebrows just to see Leonard looking down and over me with a dorky grin, "Come on, (Y/N)! It's getting late." Leonard giggled.

Rolling my eyes in amusement, I sat up from the field of dandelions that Leonard showed me today. He reached out his hoof and without any hesitation I gently placed mine in his. And with that, Leonard walked me home.
