Embellished in an expensive looking cantaloupe lace, Jannah took a deep breath before closing herself with a veil instead of hijab today. Her mother-in-law is definitely going to be shocked at the sight of her today but she intends to do that too. With the feral idea in her head, nothing will make sense to the geriatric woman but she'd be damned if she gives up now. She's called the standby chauffeur Adnan employed for their activities and he is now waiting right outside. She picked her daughter up and together they sauntered out of the house into the waiting tinted Mercedes Benz outside. She greeted the chauffeur before settling down with her daughter, blabbing out about everything and nothing in their own language till they arrive at the Ibrahim Attahir villa.
Thanking the chauffeur, she dismounted the vehicle with Imara who ran up the stairs ready to go play with her puppies. Maybe she should get those for her at home? That should help keep her thoughts a little away from her father but she doesn't know how to keep damn dogs while in this villa there are more than ten servants readily waiting to clean up after a single mess. Not comparable at all.
Well, she asked Adnan to dismiss their own because she can do the whole work.
She marched up into the house hundred percent her mother-in-law is going to be shocked at her visit but this needs to be done. Right that moment she started getting a cold feet, she frowned at her own reluctance. Why is she reluctant? It's not like Adnan doesn't deserve to go crazy with all he's been doing to her and her daughter. He most certainly deserves all that comes his way.
Taking a deep breath, she stopped a maid from going upstairs to call her mother-in-law. "Don't worry about it. I'll go there by myself."
If the maid was shocked, she didn't show it on her face not that Jannah cared. She suddenly cares so little about what people think, it's irrelevant actually. She made her way up the stairs for the first time in her life going into her mother-in-law's room. She's insisted many times that they spend time there but Jannah wouldn't have it. How could she with her upbringing? One shouldn't do scurrilous things like that.
She respects her husband's mother a whole lot so she couldn't do that but now? Things are going to change whether for better or worse, she's got no idea but she is going through with this. If, if her mother-in-law says no, she'll accept that it is not a good idea but if she agrees with her, then no man on earth will be able to stop her from her mission. Least of all her husband, the man she is after.
Licking her pink lower lips, she took a deep breath and entered after knocking twice on the frost oaken door made from the finest piece of it from the looks of it. She flattened her lips at the remembrance of just how rich her husband is and how dense she's been for more than three years. Well, something deteriorated in her just a little earlier and now something has been reinvented, or so it feels.
Entering the posh elegant and luxurious room, Jannah stopped to admire the interior of the room. Not a doubt Adnan's home is much grander and modern than this villa but that doesn't mean this is far behind. It's so marvelous.
There is this huge king sized bed taking up the middle of the already enormous room, lush looking Victorian mattress neatly tucked to the edges. She could count more than ten pillows on the bed with varying shapes and whatnot. By the left where a huge bay window sat, is a tuxedo couch and a table in front of it then beside it is a shelf filled with Islamic books. More than a few Qurans there.
Right where Jannah stood by her left, there are two doors that she already know where each one lead to, she's got one in her room. Jannah's room is far more rich looking and colorful but this, it screams real opulence. What did she expect from an equally chic and glamorous woman? Her mother-in-law is still rocking life like she hasn't aged much when she's got a first son of thirty four.
