Jannah tossed and turned on bed that night without any trace of sleep. She's slept the whole day so she couldn't possibly go back to yet another sleep, she is not high or drunk on anything. She's thought about taking some medication but decided against it for side effects Aisha told her about.

She stood up and made her way to the bathroom to perform ablution and pray, it's two in the morning. Wait she's been tossing about on the bed for three hours already? What on earth is going on with her now? She discarded any thought and spent some time with her Lord.

It felt as though she was going to fall asleep only for her eyes to open wide and stare ahead at the frost ceiling. She won't get any sleep so she needs to do something to entertain herself. Maybe go and check if Adnan is in the kitchen again today? He didn't have dinner at all it seems.

She checked the kitchen but there was no sign of Adnan neither was his scent present which means he didn't come down the whole night. Is there food in his room or something? Why else is he always not hungry and men are known for their large appetite and inability to stay hungry for much long. Adnan is proving all those lines wrong though, he hardly eats, when he does it is another story.

Her legs took her to his door where she clicked open gently, she poked her head inside to check if he is inside and there he lie on bed. Seems like he is sleeping. Just when she turned around to leave, almost closing the door, she noticed a movement on the bed inside the glass cubicle. He rose his head to see who was at the door. Big mistake.

Whoa, the man's got some nice pair of ears to have heard that his door moved. Or is he just paranoid after having so many enemies to fit an entire country?

She entered the room, her hands clasped behind her in this cute way she didn't know she was doing. Adnan sat up on the bed turning on the light in the room in process, the duvet around him falling down to his thighs showing his naked torso. Her face heat up but she refused to look away, there is no need doing that. Her heart fluttered in her chest making her ears dull for a second too long, she would've heard what he's said. His lips had moved.

She didn't stop until she was standing on one of the three staircases that'll lead her into the glass cubicle. Her eyes hesitated from turning the knob in front of her, Adnan gave her an evil ghost smile that was barely there but with her eyes on every move of his, she saw it. He clicked a button behind him, crossed his arms on his chest as if he is ready to watch drama.

Her eyes narrowed, he's closed the cubicle door but why did that make her laugh instead of feeling humiliated? She really tossed her head back and guffawed at his tactics. Why? Because she never knew her husband, the able Draco have it in him to have fun or do anything hilarious actually. Him locking the door on her is something she finds jocose.

After she's finished laughing and composed her small chortles, she also crossed her arms and watched him through her bifocals and his own glass cubicle. Who needs glass cubicles in their room for goodness sake? Must everything be extravagant in his home? He even locked it with a button behind him, the man is more dangerous than she's initially thought capable.

She won't leave that room though, she isn't sleepy so she can spend the rest of the morning there. She leaned down and whispered, "Open the goddamn door" but he continue to look nonplussed.

Her lips pursed to the side. She decided to breath on the glass then write down with her finger. "Open the fucking door, Dracs."

He shrugged his shoulders in a no so she sat down there on the stairs and curl both her hands beneath her jaw watching him. He made a move to lie back down on the bed thinking it has come to an end. She's got better plans for him so she stood up and went to the television beside the cubicle. She could bet with her life he's never watched anything there, the man is so hopeless.
