I THINK MAAYU SUN KAMANI😭 TODAY IM SICK AND TOMORROW IM FINE. I SPENT THE WHOLE YESTERDAY NURSING FEVER WHILE SLEEPING FOR MORE THAN TWENTY HOURS! SHA, have this for now...

She extracted a paper from her shirt and unfolded it, she stared at the typed words with a small smile. She got Mariam to introduce her to any printer around, there were a lot of them but before the woman did her job for her, she asked too many questions that Jannah wanted to leave the place to another place after strangling her, her questions were funny too at the same time.

"Who are you planning on giving this paper?" She'd asked after reading what Jannah had written down in a different sheet, her poor penmanship.

Jannah had suspired, holding onto her last resolve while looking at Imara right outside the door cleaning her legs. "It is my brother. He doesn't want to follow simple rules so I must go through this."

"But why do you have to do that to your own bro-" Jannah cut her off by abruptly standing up, her patience already liquidated.

"If you won't do this, then hand over the paper so I can go somewhere else." She offered her hand waiting for her to pass her the paper but she didn't, frowned and got to work whilst grumbling.

Adnan watched her looking thoroughly astonished and galvanized at what she was saying. What is going on in that head of hers? Is she trying to get some money or she is now working with his enemies? If not then why the heck is there a contract in her hand with a stamp from his office? Who on earth gave her that? Maybe he had underestimated her?

"Don't look scared, it's nothing to worry about." She hit the paper with her middle finger, her expression serene.

Placing the sheet on the bedside drawer knowing he lacks the strength to pick it up, she then continue her work by removing his suit next. Her eyes following the movements of her hands while feeling Adnan's piercing glare drilling several abysmal holes into her head but she refused to acknowledge that. After successfully removing the suit from around his powerful sinew body, she sat down heavily like the work exhausted her.

"You know what? Let's get this done and over with." She took the paper back in her hand and started grinning to herself then chuckled at some point.

"It is a contract, Dracs. In the first clause, it says; Dracs won't ever threaten to send his wife and daughter packing back to Nigeria without him. Both the wife and daughter have the right to follow him anywhere across the globe. They will live together in whichever country they find themselves. Dracs will fulfill his rights as a husband and will visit his wife whenever she needed him..." she stopped to slant a sunny smile at him

Adnan on the other hand released a breath he didn't know he was holding because he expected her to betray him. The main reason why he never trusted anyone, everyone is a criminal in his eyes and his wife is no different. He would think they are all conspiring against him to bring him down. In this case, he's done her so many wrongs that she would want to avenge those.

On the other hand, he would've laughed at how ridiculous the clauses sounded. Is she that naive and satanic at the same time?

Jannah frowned at the paper then shrugged, that was it. Then; "Dracs should never ever think about punishing his wife ever again no matter how many rules or whatever principles of his she goes against."

He couldn't stop himself from raising a brow though it took great effort from his lethargic facial muscles. His entire body is weak, there is no pain whatsoever but the weakness is more than being sick to him. He cannot move his arms or any limb of his for that matter. It felt as if he was paralyzed but he was drugged by his own wife who hated his guts. Not for some bizarre reasons though.
