Chapter 36: What's Up Danger?

"You left Chris alone?!" exclaimed Rosita. "He was very insistent. There was a boy being mugged and Chris wanted to help. He told me to bring the antibiotics here while he took care of them." said Ryan as she sighed. "Thanks for the biotics, Ryan. I'll give Porsha these." said Sue as she entered her room. After giving her the medicine, Luna enters the room. Where she finds her mother on her phone, looking at photos of her and Chris when they met at Redshore City. "You feel okay, Mommy?" asked Luna. "I'm fine, sweetie." said Porsha as she picked her up and sat next to her. "What are you looking at?" asked Luna. "Oh. This is when I met your father at the studio." said Porsha as they watched the video Porsha recorded of Chris doing his rehearsal. "Wow! Daddy is really talented." said Luna as Porsha sighed happily. "He sure is." she said. Luna then noticed a book hiding Porsha's pillow. "Hey, what's that?" asked Luna pointing to the pillow. Porsha immediately hides it. "What? I have no idea what you're talking about, sweetie." said Porsha. Luna raised her eyebrow and reached for it but Porsha raised it in the air. "Is that your diary?" asked Luna. Porsha blushed. "No." she said as Luna pokes her underarm as Porsha squeals, causing her to drop it and Luna grabbing it. "No fair!" said Porsha. Luna sees a page and reads it. "Dear Diary, I love Chris so much. He's so dashing and sooo handsome. I just want to be in his arms for eternity. Aww, Mommy." said Luna as Porsha blushed hard. "Aww." said a voice as Porsha and Luna turn to see Meena, Ash and Nooshy, looking at them with smiles on their faces. Porsha blushed in embarrassment as she grabbed a pillow. "GET OUT!!" yelled Porsha as she tossed it at a wall, as the three fled. "Ow! Ow!" said Porsha as she gripped her head. "My head's killing me." she said as Luna hugs her as Porsha hugs her back. The 3 girls enter the room. "Sorry for eavesdropping, Porsha." said Meena. "Yeah, we couldn't help but notice how much you loved Chris before you two met." said Ash. "Speaking of Chris, where is he?" asked Porsha. The three were silent. "What? He came back with the meds, didn't he?" asked Porsha. They were still silent. Porsha got up from bed, carefully not moving Luna. "Where is Chris? Where is he?!" exclaimed Porsha. *In the city* Chris wakes up with his hands and body tied to the front seat. He then sees Sam, the boy he saved from earlier tied and tape over his mouth. He hears the muffled cries. "Well, you're awake." said a voice. Chris gasped and looked to his left. He sees a black leopard, wearing a suit. He recognized the voice. It was Sean DiMarco. "DiMarco." said Chris. "Enjoy the ride...Chris. This ride may be your last." said DiMarco as he chuckled evilly. *Back at the safehouse* "YOU LEFT CHRIS ALONE!?" exclaimed Porsha. Pain shot in her head, though only served to augment her rage. "I didn't want to leave him! But he told me to come back here!" said Ryan. Porsha grabbed him by his collar. "Why?! Why did you leave him?! Why isn't he back?!" she yelled. "Porsha!" said Rosita. The furious wolf turns and sees Rosita with her arms on her hips. Porsha breathed heavily, still beyond enraged but would soon take a deep breath and slowly let go of Ryan. "What is wrong with me?" asked Porsha in her thoughts as Rosita held her paw. "Guys! Come quick! Chris is on T.V!" said Ash. Everyone ran to the living room and watched the news. "Today's story...an unknown good samaritan saved a young boy today." said the reporter as they showed the footage. Sue gasped. "Sam!" said Sue. Everyone turns to her. "Sue, you know him?" asked Ash. She nodded. "He's my nephew." said Sue as she slowly sheds tears. Everyone watches as Chris takes on the foes. Chris delivers a massive clothesline to the bull, knocking him unconscious, and kicks the leopard in the face as everyone cheered. Porsha looks on as she watches her husband saving a child.
