Chapter 22 : Permissions.

Nakatulala lang kaming lahat when Nikolai said that, what is happening? He? Courting me? Ano? Bakit?

"You will court my daughter?" dad replied.

"No no no wait, are you crazy Nikolai? Anong... anong liligawan?" i said while looking at him.

"Liligawan? Pursue you, court you" he smiled.

Dad is not really happy with what Nikolai said, his face is just scary and he's looking at Nikolai, angrily.

But iba yung mukha ni mom, nakangiti sya habang nakatingin kay Nikolai, it seems like she's happy?

"Akala ko bodyguard ka lang nya? Bakit mo sya liligawan?" dad said.

"I don't know either Mr Gallando, i cannot explain why i wanna court her, even if i say 1000 words. It cannot explain why i wanna be with Viena" he smiled.

Napayuko nalang ako then i continued eating, sumubo ako ng pagkain para matakpan yung ngiti ko, medyo kinilig kasi ako sa sinabi nya.

"Viena, are you smiling?" Dad said while looking at me.

"Huh? Am i?"

"Sumunod ka sakin Nikolai, let's talk" tumayo si dad then pumunta sya sa backyard.

"I'll be right back maam" Nikolai smiled at me then saka sya sumunod kay daddy.

"Wow maam, that's why he's asking me about your characteristics earlier" Zamara said.

Tumingin ako kay Zamara with confusion "Ha? He asked about me?"

"Yes maam, that's unexpected but you know, man is a man" Zamara smiled.

Huminga nalang ako ng malalim then pumikit ako, i cannot process what's happening, masyadong mabilis yung nangyayari.

Nikolai's POV.

Tumayo si Mr. Gallando kaya ako sumunod sa kanya, this man is scarier that any man na nakita ko, may baril nga sila pero they don't have the aura that can make people tremble into their knees, and suprisingly, it's not a aura of evil, is an aura of love and concern.

"Who really are you?" Mr Adam asked me.

"I'm Nikolai Throndsen" i smiled.

"Well, you're gonna court Veina you say?"

"Yes sir. Can i?"

"You have my respect sa pag papaalam mo samin ng mommy nya but the answer will not come from us. Nasa tamang edad na si Viena so it's wrong for us to control her anymore or hindi ka payagang manligaw, it seems like you're a man with one word so it's a yes for me" he smiled.

"Thank you sir, i will never give up on Viena, i promise that" i smiled.

"Well you should not, pinayagan kita kasi alam ko namang pahihirapan ka ni Viena ng sobra. It's too much naman kung pati kami ng mommy nya pahihirapan ka diba?"

"Well yes po, i know maam Viena very well so it will be not easy to make her fall in love with me sooo, thank you Mr Adam for allowing me to court Viena" i smiled then i offered a shake hand.

Mr Adam just looked at me in the eye "I don't do shake hands" he smiled then pumasok na ulit sya.

I covered my face then huminga ako ng malalim, omy god i can't believe na ganito ka intense yung pagsasabi ko na liligawan ko si Maam Viena. Holy sh*t.
