/-Zenitsu POV- \

I've had a friendship with someone who was completely opposite of me. Her name is Y/n. I first met her from helping her carry stuff to her parents house

"Hi! I'm Zenitsu Agatsuma , do you want some help?" She looked up at me with kind but struggled eyes. "Yes, I would love that. My name is Y/n L/n. It's nice to meet you Zenitsu." I smiled at her, taking some of the boxes she was carrying. Y/n looked back at me, smiling, telling me she was grateful for my help. She made a left turn so I followed her. The silence between us was calming but awkward. "How far is your house?" No response. "Well then, how old are you? I'm 10." No response. "You don't talk a lot. Don't you? You can tell me anything, I promise." I smile at her. She just nods along with my words. Once we got to her house, I put the stuff down where she needed it to be and left. I waved bye to get, as she waved lightly back to me. I smile at her. We became inseparable after that day. We could never be apart, and never will.

We were at the Butterfly Mansion, as I ran over to Y/n, hugging her. "Hi Y/n!" She giggles, looking into my yellow to brown eyes with her blue to purple eye and blind one. Y/n has become more open to me over the years. "Hey bestie" was the response I got. Chuntoro sat on Y/n's purple and blue hair, snuggling up in there. "Aww." Y/n giggled, looking up on her head. I smiled at her. I didn't care how her eyes looked or anything about her, she was beautiful how she was, even if she was a year younger than me. Y/n looked up at me with her innocent eyes, "Wanna hang out in a bit?" I nod frantically. Y/n breaks or laughing at me nodding, and I laugh along with her. She grabs my hand and drags me to her room, giggling to me about what we're gonna do. I just get caught in a daze, thinking about how much I want her to be mine. "We're here Zen!!!" I look up to see a door. Y/n's door was different from the rest. It was a grayish purple and had a golden handle to slide it open, also having a star print on it. Well. It made sense, she did have a breathing technique of her own, called Star breathing. There are currently 7 forms and she is able to master only 5 of them. Well anyways, Y/n drags me into her room, gently sitting me down onto a chair. "Sorry if I was a bit forceful, I wanted to tell you something-" Y/n says, being interrupted by Giyuu. "Zenitsu, you have a mission to do, you gotta go." Giyuu says. Y/n sighs,"It's okay Zeni, I'll tell you later..." I smile at her, waving goodbye like the old times. She waved back, smiling sadly, her eyes glued down at the ground.

/-Y/n POV-\

I was gonna tell Zenitsu my true feelings, but couldn't. I make my way out to a meadow, sitting myself down, burying my face into my knees, sobbing ever so quietly. I felt a presence above me, so I look up. It was Tanjiro. "Are you okay Y/n? You were crying just a minute ago." I nod, face still in my knees. "You like Zenitsu, don't you?" I nod again, face still in between my knees. Tanjiro lifts my face up, smiling. "It's okay, he'll be back soon okay?" I just smile at him. "Thank you Tanjiro..." He walks away, waving toward me, and I waved back, smiling, tears still falling from my eyes.

Zenitsu made his way back from his mission, with a deep cut in his arm. I run over to him, frantically. "Zenitsu!!!! Are you okay!?!?" (Noooooooo he's fine 🙄 lmfao) "y-yeah no need to worry.." he said, falling into my arms. "No you aren't, let me take you to my room" I said as I threw him onto my back. "Are you sure you can carry me?" "Hell yeah I'm sure!" I mumble at him. "OH MY GAWD YOU JUST SAID A-" "oh shush, I've done it many times." I scoff at him. I take him to my room, calling Shinobou on my way. I lay him on my bed, making sure not to touch his wounds. "What did you wanna tell me earlier?" Zenitsu asks, weakly but clearly. "Well... I. I like you, and I wanna be with you till the end, even if our end is fighting demons..." Zenitsu looks at me with shock, a blush creeping on his face. "Come here please Y/n.." I walk over to Zenitsu, kneeling beside him. "Yes?" He pulls me face toward him, smashing his lips onto mine. I feel shock go through my body, into falling into the kiss. I cup his cheek, kissing back on his soft lips, before pulling back. "Zen." "I wanna be with you too, forever..." I smile at my thunder. He pulled me into another kiss, more passionate this time. "I love you Zeni."
