I apologized to Sage. It's been a week since then and I haven't left my room other than early morning trips to the gym and late night trips to the pool. Alicio tried to talk to me but I locked my door - both doors. Theo hasn't made the slightest effort to check on me and I don't blame him.

Liv has come up twice a day to give me food and I appreciate it, especially as I recover from my injuries that once again no one except my mother and Alicio knows about. The soft sheets brushed my skin as my damp hair soaked the pillow.

I really shouldn't go back to sleep after I just showered but I've been working non stop and the fatigue is catching up to me.

The low sound of a grumble erupted from my stomach and I decided to go make some coffee and grab one of Liv's strawberry buns. I got up groggily, sleep begging my eyes to close and my stomach begging my mouth to eat something. I walked out of my room, down the hall and down the stairs slowly as I tried to stay awake.

My hand trailed along the walls until I reached the kitchen where relief flew through me as I saw coffee already brewing. I grabbed a plain blue ceramic cup and a strawberry roll from the bread basket.

Damien walked in and gave me a one over before he also grabbed a roll. "You look like shit." He began staring and I didn't bother answering him. I felt like shit.

I took a bite of the roll, chewing rather slowly for someone who was extremely hungry.

"Where have you been?" He suddenly asked and I stared at the coffee.

"I didn't go anywhere." I mumbled before reaching over to the coffee pot and pouring myself a cup.

"You've been home the whole time?" He seemed surprised even as I nodded yes to his answer.

I opened my mouth and took another bite of the roll just as I sensed someone walking into the room. I glanced at Leah before I looked back at my cup of coffee. I looked back at her again quicker than before, my brain suddenly registering her appearance. It was obvious she had just come out of the gym, braids pulled back into a neat ponytail, skin slick with sweat and shorts that stuck to every curve of her hips. Shorts that outlined the shape of everything between her legs and the bitten piece of roll fell out of my mouth as I stared.

I felt my body beginning to grow hot as blood rushed to one area. I was thinking with my dick and I did not mind at all. She was so oblivious to the way I eye-fucked her and visually undressed her.

"Focus" Damien nudged me and I knew he was staring as well.

"I'm focused." I licked my bottom lip as my eyes zoned in on that one area of her body, between her legs and I wondered how she tasted.

"Her body....." I whispered.

"I know." He gulped next to me. She bent over reaching in one of the lower cupboards to look for something.
