"Non dimenticare di chiamarmi quando atterri." (Don't forget to call me when you land.) Liv instructed as my mother stood beside her.

"Si, lo so" (Yes, I know) I answered as she pulled me in for a hug before shoving two baskets of strawberry rolls in my arms.

Sage ran past hopping onto Alicio as my mom rolled her eyes at the child-like action before a small smile appeared.

Damien stood beside me as guards loaded our stuff in the cars. "I love you but I'm happy you're leaving. I can't stand looking at myself being mopey all day." He said, referring to us being identical.

"Whatever" I gave him a pat on the back before walking around to my side of the car.

I stopped as Maven approached a mischievous grin on her face.

"Guess what?" She tilted her head.

"What?"

"I am coming along. I've never been to America." She leaned against the car and I couldn't help but smile.

"That's great and all but you aren't missing out by not going to America. Third world countries are better. Especially with health care." She rolled her eyes at my words. "But of course I'm happy you're coming. I missed you." I pulled her in for a hug and she instantly returned it.

"Let's go. I'm excited." She pulled away and did a cute little jump.

"Hop in." I opened the door for her and she entered comfortably before I closed it again.

"Everyone let's go." I shouted and the sound of doors closing followed shortly after.

"Dominic." My mother called out and she came around and hugged me. "Tell them the truth after you get back to America. It's selfish not to." I froze at her words. Tell them? Why the hell?

"What changed your mind?" I hugged her back and lowered my voice.

"You'll have much more to deal with after Sage turns twenty two. I can't say much more but prepare for the worst. You and Theo need to make up because trust is needed. Tell him about his father." She whispered.

"Mom" My heart started beating faster. She ignored me.

"Sage knows what Diavlo did to you and Damien, I overheard him telling her a few days ago. Tell Sage about the pit. I'll tell your brother."

"No. I don't want them to know."

"They'll find out from Alicio eventually." She spoke quicker.

"Mom." I tried to pull away but she didn't let me.

"Vincent Monroe....kill him. Your fathers old business associates, kill them." She was speaking so fast and I struggled to retain everything she was saying. Why did she suddenly want all our secrets out in the open? Why did she want those men dead?
