Kaiyo held her breath and knocked on the boy's dorm room. a boy opened the door, shirtless, “Yes?” he said with a toothbrush in his mouth. “Ugh, I’m looking for Logan.” Kaiyo put her index fingers together shyly. The boy leaned back from the doorway, “Logan, it’s your girlfriend!” This sends poor Kaiyo into a flat gaze. Well, not too much, but to know Logan was talking that much sent her heart into a swoon. The boy leaned back over, “He talks about you a lot, saying how pretty you were and-” Logan pushed past the other male fairy, and brushed him out of the way. Black hair, icey blue eyes whith a sharp face.
“Hey Kaiyo!” he chirped up. Kaiyo giggled, “You called me?”
“Um, yeah, ugh, Kaiyo, look, ugh”
Kaiyo flushed at this, "Say it."
“I wanted to ask you this in person, but would you like to go out with me?”
Kaiyo kissed Logan cheeks, “I knew by your energy, but yes, I would love to.” She practically skipped all the way back to her dorm room. “My aura is positively pink!” She danced into the living room, skipping into her room. Bloom is off with Brandon, and she’s going to go out with Logan, and with the moment of joy, she remembered.
She had a midterm coming up. Her face drained.
Korra's desk was full of papers having several notes down while Stella was being, well, Stella. “Oh, chillax, Korra, I’m sure you’ll do fine!” Korra, meanwhile, wrote down notes, “So the Potionus Rotrus, is with grass and flowers,” Korra muttered to herself not before she spun her study chair around, “And what are you doing, Stella?”
“Just doing my nails.” Stella stretched her hand out, “Does that color make my fingers look fat? I mean, Lavender is such a nice color.”
“For spirit's sake, we have a Virtual Reality Midterm Exam, and you can’t be bothered. I would rather prepare for the exam rather than cram the hell out of it or, better yet, my grades falling.” Korra pulled out her other book while still studying.
Stella stood up with her index finger and pushed the book down. “Korra, been studying all day. Take a small break. And besides, now I want to talk about Wan.”
Not again. Korra poked her lips out. Stella was never going to let it go. “What is there to say? He’s my best friend.”
“Yeah, but he your hot childhood best friend,”
“Look, you have Prince Sky. Leave Wan out of it.” Korra's cyan eyes shot at Stella’s amber, yet little does she know that it only confirms Stella’s theory. “Why get so defensive, Avatar Korra?” Stella leaned closer, “Is it because you like him?”
“N-no. Look, Wan is um….” Korra couldn’t make up an excuse on the spot.
“And I proved my case.” Stella walked back to her bed, stretching her arms. Korra shuts her eyes, going back to her studies. She got caught red-handed anyway.
