Korra shielded her eyes from the hot sun. Red fountain’s opening ceremony was today. Of course, most students from the three schools would attend, but the Avatar wasn’t too pleased because there was a slight chance she would see Sky. Rumors have been spreading like wildfire that the new building would hover over. Korra couldn’t care less, but it was always nice to attend and skip classes for the day. Wan walked his hands in his pockets with his jeans and a surprisingly sleeveless shirt that spelled ‘Flamao Hottman’ with a bowel of flaming noodles and red silver-edged chopsticks. Korra walked at his pace, “So I see you’re wearing the shirt you got for free from the hot noddle challenge.”

Wan snorted, “You know I was going to win!”

“Yeah, but Mr. Lee felt bad for you.” Korra poked at his chest. Wan rolled his eyes, “I was one bite away from winning.”

Korra playfully shoved Wan, “Nah, more like fifteen bites away.”

“Whatever!”  The Dual Avatars laughed at their inside joke.

“What’s so funny, guys?” Korra spotted Bloom. The redhead was usually glued to Professor Avalon. Yet, she managed to fly her way like a dragon here. Wan coughed before starching his back, one of his ways to say he was uncomfortable with the intrusion. “Um, you know Avatar Stuff.”

He wasn’t expecting Bloom to pop out of the woodworks. Bloom had a flushed appearance as she approached Wan. She held her hands together. “Well, can you tell me the Avatar stuff, or is it too personal?” She winked. Korra had to check her eyes. Was Bloom winking at Wan? Korra, from somewhere deep inside her side, glanced at Bloom. Wan was too damn nice for his own good, especially to the people he cared about. He’ll go in on people who have wronged, or he doesn’t like but to someone like Bloom? Bloom was clearly coming onto him.

“Well, in Elementia, I took this noddle challenge, but I lost, but I got this cool new shirt.” Wan smiled, sheepish. Bloom didn’t seem to mind as she got closer, “That’s so cool! I like the noodles on there.”

Korra’s cheeks visibly flushed before she scoffed under her breath. She was watching Bloom eye Wan’s lean muscles. She shouldn’t feel this way. She was Wan’s friend, so what if Bloom was flirting with him. Yet, that territorial feeling came bursting through, yet Bloom was tricky. Now, Bloom got what she wanted. She said bye and walked off to Avalon. Wan sighed, “She’s acting wired,”

“You are so smart and clever but you have zero awareness of women.” Korra spat.

“What’s your problem?” Wan blinked, “I was just telling her the story.”

“Forget about it.” Korra stormed off, leaving Wan confused. He sighed as they all began walking to the celebration's entrance.

The Trix also walked inside the celebration, pretending to be fairies. The Trix exaggerated their fake appearance, and hair colors changed to the point of most not even batting an eye at them. “All right, so does everyone have their cover?” Icy whispered to her sisters. Stormy spoke in a high faux pitch, “We are fairy exchange students for the planet of Maruno. It’s a humble planet and small.” The witch sang her hand around. “I’m princess Fifi, from the royal family.” Darcy tagged on with an exaggerated drawl.

“All right, that’s good, now, cut it out and act natural.” Icy hissed before they all entered the school’s ceremony, not being spotted or recognized by a single soul.

Wan glanced at Korra. Korra’s arms were crossed around her chest. She was still steaming from what happened earlier. At the same time, the Winx was talking with their pixies. Korra was in her silence, her face red and hot. Wan scooted next to Korra, but she scooted almost a seat away on the bench. “Kor.” Wan touched the base of the neck, not knowing what to say next. “Can you tell me what I did?”
