Trap for Fairies

Wan woke up, feeling the softness of his bed. He wished it was a dream. Zaheer couldn't be back, he can't be back- But hearing about Musa and Kaiyo earning Enchantix. Seeing Kaiyo's unconscious body.

It was real. Zaheer was free.

"Wan?" Korra was right by his bedside. "Zaheer-" Wan managed to say. 

"I know. Kaiyo told me what happened." Korra squeezed his hand. Wan bit his lips, "Do the others know?"

"No, not yet. Do you want to tell them? I know you almost being poisoned traumatized you. I wasn't sure if you wanted to share that."

Wan breathed in sharply, "I have to tell, now."

Wan sat on the couch later on with the rest of the Winx, ready to hear his story. Kaiyo didn't say anything, it was something that even she was affected by.

"You may not know about this, but me and Korra fought an organization called the Red Lotus. They were all over Elementia at the time, but there was a group of four that was dangerous. P'li, a combustion bender, Ming-Hua, a water bender. Ghazan and Lava bender. But, the most dangerous and the leader was Zaheer." Wan explained, trying not to let his fear get to him.

"What was their goal?" Tecna asked. Wan stared at Tecna, "Anarchy." Wan said, "And one of the ways they could achieve that is to get rid of Korra and me. They want to kill off every world leader, everyone who could hold power over the government. Zaheer almost succeeded in killing me when I was sixteen. He took my family as a hostage to get to me, and he almost won."

Kaiyo looked away, not wanting to remember what happened. But, she did recall when her father fought the benders. "Dad, was really hurt when he faced the red lotus..and he's one of the best wizards in Elamentia."

Musa gave a gentle back rub to Kaiyo..

"What happened, if you don't want to-" Flora egged further while rubbing Wan's back with Korra squeezing his hand simultaneously. "He tried to poison me with Mercury and rip off my wings…" Wan broke down in tears, finally. The Winx gasped at this, and immediately came to comfort Wan.

"Hey, hey, it's going to be okay, Wan," Aisha said, lending a comforting squeeze on his shoulder. Wan's eyes opened, seeing everyone in the Winx hugging him tightly. "I made it out alive, and the benders of the red lotus were sent to the omega dimension….I can't believe Zaheer is free, he was supposed to be locked up."

"We'll defeat him and Valtor, I promise." Bloom's eyes burned, wanting to destroy Zaheer as much as Valtor.

"Now that's his a Magi." Kaiyo folded her arms, "It's going to be extra tough."

"We are right here for you, Wan, every single one of us! You are going to beat Zaheer!" Stella encouraged Wan. Korra kissed Wan's forehead, holding each other's hand tight, "Stel's right, I know you can do it."

"So what now?" Wan glanced up, composing himself. It felt good to let out...
