The Challenge

The Winx were in a small laboratory as they looked at the box where the stars are in. Wan and Tecna were researching with books or technology. Kaiyo yawned, stretching her arms back, "I'm bored...This whole activating the stars..."

"Activating these are priority, Kaiyo," Wan said while his eyes were on the books.

"I know, but it's so boring. I want to go to the arcade or the mall." Kaiyo slumped down on the table. "Maybe we can work in the morning and in the afternoon we can have fun. I mean, even if the magic dimension is going to shit, we can't stress all day long, Wan."

"Kaiyo's right, a bit of shopping won't hurt." Stella leaned over. Wan sighed, "Well, I guess we can go for a little outing."

Valtor sat in his chair with a dejected face. Things were coming back, even worse, Wan and Korra, despite everything he did outweighing his power. Raava's power overshadowed the little bit of Vaatu he had in more ways than one. Even worse, most magi's, even witches and fairies, are allies with each other to defeat him. Just as what happened before, and now with the Dual Avatars being enchantix fairies.

Valtor slammed his fist on the arm of the stone throne. No, no, it could not happen again. That traitor, Zaheer, told the Dual Avatars everything about him before he was thrown into the Omega dimension to die. Everything was working perfectly until Korra. Korra crushed his dreams with her earning Enchantix. Even worse, Wan earned his as well. Both are immensely powerful. Now, he needed to buy himself enough time. No, he needed to be more innovative, pull the rug under Wan and Korra's feet.

Korra and Wan were arm and arm as they headed to a small dinner. Korra wore a short black cut and slim dress to show off her body with hooped earrings. Wan had a white button shirt that was half open with a golden chain and some black slacks. They decided to go on a date with each other, away from the rest of the Winx.

"You look beautiful." Wan's hand was at the edge of Korra's back. Korra smacked her lips playfully, "I'm glad you're out of those books for once, and we're going on a date alone ."

Wan offered to open the door to a small but simi fancy restaurant in the Elementaian district. "Fangs Dumplings, very classy."

"Avatar Wan, Avatar Korra!" Korra and Wan turned their heads at the man clasping his hand, "Welcome. What do you two need?"

"Oh ugh, we're just regular customers." Korra waved her hand, blushing. "Nonsense, you saved Elementia from being destroyed and the air nation from Valtor and Zaheer!" Korra on the side saw her face and Wan's in Enchantix. How they got that image was unknown to her, but the fact that it said in Elementia, Dual Avatar Wan, and Korra earned Enchantix. There is hope!

Wan coughed, "Wow, that's everywhere?"

"Yes! All people of Elementia are cheering for you both to defeat Valtor."

"We intend to do so." Korra held Wan's hand before they were led to their seats to eat.

Soon they were served their dumplings in a zhēngjiǎo. Korra broke her wooden chopsticks and plopped a dumpling into Wan's mouth. Wan did the same. Both enjoy their food and conversation at a quiet table until thunder strikes outside. The Dual Avatars ran out of the restaurant; Korra didn't know she could run that fast in heels. Outside, the once peaceful day seemed to be disturbed with dark clouds and lighting. Wan's eyes narrowed seeing the infamous transparent V-like shape, styled as a demon skull with two horns with purple borders. The mark of the devil in Wan's eyes. People of all ages watched as the sky darkened around them.

"Valtor." Wan spat.

"People of Magix!" Valtor bellowed, flying above them thinking he was some Almighty god, "I've come to offer you a peaceful solution! I, Valtor, officially challenge your three eminent school directors to a duel. If they accept, your city will be spared from destruction! Faragonda, Griffin, and Saladin, here are my terms! If I win, you will surrender all the magic secrets that are kept in your school!"
