--Mika's POV--

"Please?" Andy asks me for the hundredth time.

"No," I reply simply.

He's been trying to get me to leave the house all day, but I'm just not in the mood. I don't even know why he's so eager to leave the house, but he is. Which sucks for me.

Andy hovers over me as I sit at the piano staring at a blank sheet of paper. "Please," he asks again.

I sigh loudly. "Fine!" Andy smiles as I stand up. "So where are we going?" I ask him with my hands on my hips.

"It's a surprise," he says as he casually walks to the front door.

I roll my eyes and follow him.

--

Three hours later we're laying in an empty field on a blanket, staring up at the clouds.

"I actually needed this," I confess to Andy.

"I know," he says.

He reaches over and grabs my hand.

"Thank you."

He rolls over and hovers over me. "Mika's, your stressing yourself out. You've got so much shit going on that you forget to eat sometimes. You need some you time."

I nod my head and start to get teary eye as he continues.

"Please take some time off..."

"I can't Andy," I tell him.

He sits up and looks away from me. I sit up beside him and try to turn his face towards me.

"Andy I can't," I repeat.

"So then what? You go to Italy for a few weeks. Then France. Then to California. Am I supposed to just follow you?"

"Don't start this Andy."

"No. I am. You only say no when it comes to me. I'm last. Always have been and always will be. I don't even know why I try anymore."

"What do you mean?" I ask him.

"Us. Why? Who are we kidding...we won't end...we...I..." Andy struggles to say what he wants.

I try and touch him, but he pulls away. Nothing much is said after that. We ended up driving home silently. I have a feeling the rest of the day will be the same.
