Chapter 14

I know I don't usually put notes at the start but I needed to put a  trigger warning here. The following topic might hit close to home.]

"Stay home. Don't go anywhere especially school. Do not go to school." Garrett repeated again and yet again I stared at him confused.

So quick recap: It's Monday, I got ready for school and Tobias was already picked up but as I was headed out of the house, someone pushed me back inside before I could make it out. If it wasn't clear enough that someone was Garrett. So far the only thing he told me was that I shouldn't go to school. Great you're all caught up.

"Why?" I asked adjusting my school bag on my shoulder, for some reason it left heavier.

Rubbing his forehead he told me to trust him. Trust him? How could I trust Garrett? He was Xander's best friend?! For all I know this could be Xander's doing but why would Xander want me to stay home?

Anyway it doesn't matter judging from the look Garrett was giving me it looked serious.

"Please, trust me on this...Fin is going to explain everything when he finds a way to ditch school. And if Xander calls ignore him. Now I need to go... Remember stay here!" He exclaimed running out of my house.

Uhm, what the hell just happened and why was Garrett acting like he just betrayed his best friend? What did Xander do that would have even mute Garrett terrified?

I sighed sitting back on the couch. I was just going to trust Garrett and stay home on this. Plus I really needed a reason to ditch school. Anyway, the last thing I need is more stress. I have no idea what I did for Xander to cheat on me...maybe I wasn't enough for him. Whatever reason it was clear I did something wrong or at least was missing something Stephanie had.

I have already given up on the idea of getting back together with Xander. It was clear he had no plan to. He basically ignored my millions of texts and calls the whole weekend.

I put my phone on flight mode and grabbed my earphones and started listening to music. Listening to NF always made me feel lighter. Like I'm not alone. Like I'm Complete.

About three hours passed until I heard someone knocked on my door. I took off my ear phones and walked to the the door finding Fin standing there.

"Fin...please, come in."

Fin slowly made his way in my home and gave me a small smile when I told him to seat on the couch. He looked nervous and that got me thinking: What the hell was happening?!

"Fin, what's wrong?" I ask, concerned.

"You don't know." He stated the obvious putting his school bag on his knees. "Xander did something...he fucked up...God, he really fucked up." It sounded like he said the last part more to himself.

He pushed back his black silky hair in frustration. So I was right, Xander did something. Before I could ask what Xander did Fin shot up and looked down at me as if preparing himself. After taking a deep breath he said:

"He posted your nudes and a sex tape of yours to our class private messages... they got linked now everyone practically thinks you're a slut and I don't know if the teachers have seen it yet but if they do I think you might get suspended." He breathed out a heavy breathe while putting his hands on my shoulders.

Wait...what?

Nudes? What nudes? I never sent Xander nudes... I'll admit I sent him a few spicy pictures but none involved Arlo junior being out in public. Also what sex tape what was he talking about? I never did it with a guy. The furthest I've gone is ass grabbing and steamy make out and both of those were with Xander.
