The next two weeks, you know, preparing for the prom and all, were holidays. Meaning, all of the students in Chelzed Boarding School got to go home for the next two weeks.
"Do you have any plans for this weekend?" Mike questioned.
"No, not really. I mean, my mum's on holiday with my step-dad this week so I'll be all alone in her house whilst they are gone." Jeremy replied.
"Well, my mum hasn't seen you in quite a while, I'm sure she wouldn't mind you staying for the weekend," Mike shrugged.
"I don't have anyone to see or anything to do so I'm sure that's fine."
"Cool, I'll see you Saturday morning then. Bye," Mike said, ruffling his shorter friends hair and walking off, leaving Jeremy blushing.

On Saturday, at Mike's porch, Jeremy knocked on the door to be greeted with Mike's mother with a beaming smile.
"Hello Jeremy! It's been so long, hasn't it?"
"I-It has," Jeremy smiled back, acting sweet, "S-So, is M-Mike in?"
"Of course," Mrs Schmidt turned from the door, "Mike, Jeremy is here!" She hollered up the stairs.
Jeremy waited patiently for Mike's mother to move out of the way of him entering the house. He could hear the sound of someone bolting down the stairs to greet him.
"Oh hi, Jere" Mike said rushing down the twirling stairs to meet Jeremy.
Jeremy stepped inside the house and slowly made his way across the hall towards Mike standing on the stairwell.
"Should we make our way up to my bedroom, the spare bedroom it currently being decorated so we're going to have to sleep in my room," Mike said, Jeremy looking at him with wide eyes.
"Don't worry, not in the same bed though," Mike addressed.
Jeremy felt a sigh of relief but was somewhat disappointed. He slowly walked up the stairs , thinking about the whole sleeping situation. He wondered why he kind of wanted to stay in the same bed as Mike and began to blush.
