they aren't together in this one (: also this one is inspired by one of my stories on the dnf book so it's probably a little similar

leo had been in a relationship with a girl, abby, for about six months. finn didn't like abby. not only because he simply wanted leo for himself, but because he knew she wasn't loyal to leo. abby had texted him a few out of line things, things you shouldn't be saying to your boyfriend's best friend, or anyone for that matter. everytime it happened he was quick to tell leo but she always made up an excuse that leo believed.

finn's crush on leo had been a thing for the passed year. of course he never told him about it because they'd been friends for years, he didn't want to ruin that. and he was almost completely sure leo was straight.

today he was out running errands when he noticed a brunette girl that looked familiar. he was seeing her from the back but the long curly hair wasn't able to let him go of his curiosity. he walked around the isles and eventually made his way to in front of the girl. that's when he noticed it was abby, hands laced with someone who absolutely was not leo.

he pulled out his phone and snapped a picture of them. he made sure he wasn't obviously in site of anyone and began recording. he watched abby kiss the man, pulling away and kissing him again, this time a longer kiss. that was all he need and he walked to check out the few things in his cart. he loaded the few bags into his car then sat in the front seat, staring down at his phone.

he figured he probably shouldn't just send the video to leo and began driving to his house. he got out of the car and walked up the front porch, knocking on the door.

"hey finn." leo said cheerfully, welcoming the blond into his house.

"i have to show you something." leo's brows furrowed at the sad voice of his best friend

"yeah?" he hummed softly, walking towards finn. he pulled out his phone and handed it to the ravenette, his camera roll pulled open. it took a few seconds to notice what he was watching but when he did his heart stopped.

"is tha.. who's she with." his eyes were glossy, looking up at finn with a frown.

"i didn't recognize him." he muttered. leo practically collapsed into finn's arms, beginning to softly sob into the grey sweatshirt.

"i'm sorry." the blond said softly, caressing the dark hair of the boy that clung onto him tightly. he could only hold him while he sobbed, softly rubbing his back to comfort him. after awhile the sobs grew silent, just little sniffles coming from him.

"so you were right." he sniffled, lifting up his head to look at the blond boy. leo didn't say anything, as he didn't want to upset the boy, so he just gave a sympathetic look.

"i should've listened to you." he laughed softly, watching a small smirk form on the tallers lips.

"i hate to say i told you so, but-"

"don't." the ravenette scoffed, shoving the blond away from him. finn laughed and walked to sit besides him at the island.

"wanna go get some ice cream?" he asked while looking at the green eyed boy, who in return nodded. leo went to put on some shoes then they went out to finn's car, driving to their favorite ice cream place. they got their cones and returned back to the car, listening to a playlist of their favorite songs.

"could you send me the video." leo asked, his voice full of irritation. finn looked over and nodded after noticing how red his cheeks were.

"are you okay?" he asked while sending the video.

"mhm." leo hummed, falling quiet again. he knew something was up but didn't push, he knew leo would talk when he was ready.

"she's acting like nothing happened." he muttered, taking a bite out of his cone.

"she thinks you don't know." finn cooed.

"but i do, so it's frustrating." leo grumbled, crossing his arms across his chest.

"did you send her the video?" finn asked curiously, getting a soft nod in return. he decided to drop the topic and began driving to get leo some candy to cheer him up. he walked into the gas station and got a few of leo's favorite candies and one of his favorite drinks. he returned back to the car and handed him the bag.

"finn you didn't have to do that." he said with a soft pout and smile.

"it's to cheer you up, now we're going to watch a movie." the ravenette smiled wider and sat back in his seat, a light blush across his cheeks.

the two got back to leo's house, getting in and started watching a movie they'd been wanting to watch. he got a ton of messages from abby, excuses and apologies but he put his phone on do not disturb, not wanting to upset himself with the situation.

finn looked over to see that leo was rested on the arm of the couch, his eyes droopy and cheeks warm from the blanket. he softly patted leo's back, getting his attention.

"you want to go lay down? i could come back tomorrow, or later." leo shook his head, sitting himself up.

"i don't want you to leave me... i'll just be upset." he collapsed onto finn's chest, hugging his body tightly.

"then i won't leave, okay?  i'll stay right here with you." leo smiled softly and snuggled into his warm body, turning to watch the tv.

"i feel better when i'm around you." leo mumbled sleepily, which caught the blond off guard. finn couldn't help but hold onto the boy securely with a small smile. after about ten minutes finn notice leo's body getting heavier, noticing he fell asleep.

as much as he wanted to stay cuddled with the boy he decided to carry him up to his room so he could sleep comfortably. as he picked leo up he felt the boy cuddle into him more and rested down against finn's shoulder, leo's soft breathing tickling his neck.

he laid the ravenette into bed and pulled the blankets over him, pressing a kiss to his cheek before he could even realize what he did. a soft laugh made him blush from embarrassment, beginning to walk out of the room.

"you can stay, finn." leo said sleepily, patting the bed besides him.

"are you sure?" he stood in the doorway while waiting for an answer.

"positive." he said while laying his head back down, turning so when finn laid down he could rest on his chest. the blond tugged off his sweatshirt before climbing into the boys bed, pulling their body's together.

they took a nap together and later made some pasta for dinner.

"why didn't you tell me?" leo said while sitting a can of soda in front of the man.

"tell you what?" he looked up to meet the green eyes of the other.

"that you liked me." a red swarmed over finn's cheeks as he took another bite of pasta.

"you were with abby.. and i didn't want to make it awkward." he muttered, avoiding leo's eyes. eventually he glanced up to look at the ravenette, who also had a warm tone across his cheeks.

"i would pick you over abby every single time." he hummed, smiling softly before taking a bite from his garlic bread.
