twenty nine🩷

selene and amaya lived two hours away from each other. they only got to see each other a few times every month but when they did see each other they made the absolute most out of their time together.

this time amaya planned a pajama date for them. they sat on the phone as she made the drive to selene, talking about what all they wanted to do. when she arrived at selenes house the brunette ran out for a hug, kissing her girlfriends face that she missed way to much.

"i already got us pajamas, they are drying." selene smiled while holding onto the blond, accepting
being carried into the house.

"you went out and got us pajamas?" selene laughed softly.

"well.. not necessarily, i got them awhile ago.. i thought they were cute and i didn't want to pass them up sooo i waited for a special time for us to wear them." amaya smiled and let selene down on the floor, holding her face before connecting their lips.

"you are amazing." the brunette blushed and turned to walk to her laundry room.

"cmere, they're dry." selene smiled happily, hiding the pajamas behind her back while walking to her room.

"look it.. we would be so cute." she pouted softly while laying the pajamas on her bed. the pajamas were pretty basic but selene couldn't get over matching with amaya. her set was a grey and black pair of plaid shorts with a black loose fitting crop top and amayas was a black t-shirt and the same print but in pants.

"you're the cutest." amaya laughed softly, kissing her forehead before picking up her set of pajamas.

"you bought you vans right?" selene asked, pulling off her sweatpants.

"of course i did." amaya smiled, pulling her vans out of her back pack. these vans were something amaya got them as an anniversary gift, each other's initial sewn into the shoe in dark red thread. the brunette practically jumped up and down in joy, clapping her hands together with a wide smile.

they both got on their pajamas and got in the car to go to target. their plan was to pick out some snacks, blankets and maybe even teddy bears to have a date in the car. it was something selene saw on tiktok that she thought was cute, and amaya was just happy to make selene happy.

they got their necessities and headed back to the house to swap cars, loading all of the stuff into selenes truck which was a smaller suv. selene drove to a restaurant they went to the last time amaya visited and
picked up some food. then she drove to a spot she found accidentally but grew fond of because of how nice the sunset looks in the area.

the area was sorta like a beach but more rocky than a typical beach. the waves hitting the shore added to the calm atmosphere, really they felt like they could just lay there and enjoy this little date.

they did eventually let the third row seats down and laid out their pillows and blankets, sitting the computer on the cupholders by the window.

"what movie do you want to watch?" amaya asked while getting comfortable against the back of the sm second row seats, pulling open her takeout dish.

"well, we started watching fear street the last time you were here.. we could finish that." selene looked over her shoulder to see what amaya would say.

"that's fine." she smiled, leaning forwards to peck the brunettes lips. selene smiled and turned back around to find the movie on netflix. she then laid back against amayas chest and opened her takeout box. the next hour was a mix of watch the movie, cuddling, and watching the waves hit the rocks through the open trunk.

"we could go dip our feet in." selene said with a smirk. she pulled off her vans and socks before climbing out of the truck.

"yeah but then you're feet will be wet, what are you gonna dry them on?" selene shrugged without looking back to amaya. the blond sighed and kicked off her shoes then her socks, following after her. she pulled her pants up as high she could and walked in after the brunette.

"i wish we could swim." she said while hugging onto amaya.

"maybe we can come swim another time, it's getting a little too cold to swim." she kissed the brunettes head, holding onto her tighter. they swayed together as the sun began to set, simply taking in being with each other after so long.

selene was first to pull away, walking back to the car and sat in the edge, not wanting to get the blankets wet. amaya sat besides her and rested her arm over the girls shoulder, kissing her head.

they sat like this until their feet dried, then they climbed back into the truck to finish off their movies. it was dark out when amaya noticed selene had fallen asleep, wrapped in one of the extra blankets and cuddled into chest. as much as she wanted to stay she figured she should probably pack up to head home.

she got the laptop and their food packed away before scooping selene up and buckling her into the passenger seat. she made the drive back to selenes house and carried her inside, kissing her head before going to unpack the car.
