logan and nathan recently moved into roses house. they moved in right after thanksgiving and was there to help her decorate her house for christmas, which she was thrilled about. she normally decorated on her own so she was excited to have someone to do it with.

their friendship dynamic is one many people didn't understand. one that they'd gotten looked down on by one too many people. so they started keeping their dynamic to themselves.

sometimes they'd kiss.. sometimes they slept together. but they were not in a relationship. they had a talk about it and ended up being more confused than before the talk. so they deemed it best to have what they have, and not put a label on it. and this worked for them.

today was christmas eve. aiden and nathan were out doing who knows what and rose was wrapping the gifts she got for them. while looking for her tape, for the tenth time tonight, she found the box of pictures she tucked away. she smiled and pulled them out, giving them another once over before sticking them into the mini picture book she bought.

the book was a little bigger than the actual polaroid picture, but it had ten sleeve to put pictures in. she selected the pictures she wanted to use and pushed them into the sleeves, closing one book then filled the next book full of pictures.

she found her sharpie then slipped the books back into the box the came in. she carefully wrapped them up and wrote aiden and nathan on the wrapping paper. she also wrote little hearts next to their name so she knew to save these for last.

the next morning she was not expecting to get woken up how she did her parents when she was a kid. they had a plan for today. they'd wake up, she'd make breakfast, they'd open gifts then she'd start on christmas dinner. however it seems that the boys completely forgot about that.

"rose." nathan said softly, shaking her awake while aiden brushed her hair from her face.

"hmm?" she hummed.

"it's time for gifts." aiden said cheerfully, scooping her up from the bed as nathan grabbed her robe. she noticed they had on their christmas pajamas she picked out.

"but what about breakfast." she felt her feet hit the floor then her robe resting over her shoulders.

"who eats breakfast on christmas morning." nathan chuckled.

"i do." she protested his statement.

"okay, how about we eat after gifts... i can make you some coffee for now." aiden offered, cupping her face softly.

"okay." she agreed. he pressed his lips to her forehead before nathan pulled her to the living room. the gifts she left under the tree last night tripled.

"how much did you guys buy?" she gasped, sitting in front of the tree to see most of the gifts were wrapped in her wrapping paper. they decided that this year they'd pick out their own wrapping paper and only their gifts would be wrapped in that paper.

"we decided you deserved more than what you asked for... we wanted to treat you." she looked over and smiled at him.

"thank you." she pouted, smiling at aiden that was walking into the living room with a cup of coffee.

"here you go." he smiled, sitting it down besides her.

they opened all of their presents as rose opened her stock pile of gifts they got for her. she kept their two gifts tucked behind her until she finished opening hers.

aiden left to make breakfast as she was almost halfway through. he also turned on the oven that had the turkey in it. she had got up earlier to inject and season the turkey so all she'd have to do is make the sides and turn on the oven. she loved his pancakes so he watched from the kitchen as she continued opening gifts.
