kokoshibo wrapped you in a tight hug once more. he pushed you away then held your shoulders, sending you an apologetic smile. "are you sure you'll be alright?" kokoshibo inquired, sincerity clear in his voice. "yes." you solemnly nodded. he silently waved you off as you slowly approached your apartment building. people's eyes wandered to you as you strode by. you could only imagine how horrible you looked.

you hair was a mess, you makeup all wet and runny. you didn't want to linger on it any longer though. you didn't want to defame yourself and upset yourself even more. as you rode up the elevator, your mind constantly reminded the clip of gyutaro like a broken disc. as the elevator dings, you scurry down the hallway. you didn't want to be caught It It seemed that you only cried more and more every passing day.

you locked your door behind yourself and shrunk to the floor. your heart rate increased as sobs left your lungs. the intrusion your own mind caused you was unfaithful. "why does this always happen." you silently sob. you realized you had made the wrong choice. now it was clear you should've chose tengen to begin with.

the reason this was happening was all because you didn't fully think things through. taking out your phone, you dial tengen's number. you finger hovers over the message box. there was a fifty-fifty chance that tengen would actually be willing to talk to you after what you had done.

"can I please come over? we need to talk."

tengen's message bubbles appears almost instantly.

[tengen]: "if it's not about school work unfortunately i cannot aid you."

"tengen please. i need you."

[tengen]: "i'll be downstairs waiting for you."

you don't bother changing clothes as you rise from the floor. you scamper down the corridor back to the elevator. your ankles tingle as you run out into the parking lot and start your car. the streetlight wizz by as a blur. cars honk and screech behind you as you speed up.

if there was any kind of officer out at this moment, you knew you'd end up in jail. you raunchily park your car in tengen's driveway as his door swings open. "[y/n] are you-" youwrap your arms around his torso and nuzzle your face into his chest.

your tears silently stain the front of his black t-shirt. he rubs circles on your back in attempts to calm you while he slowly guides you inside to the couch.
"[y/n] what happened?" he nervously questioned. "he did that and and then w-when i went to s-say-"

"[y/n] i need you to breathe." tengen chuckled. "i caught gyutaro fucking another girl at a party we went to together." you sniffle. "well, i'm sorry you had to go through that." tengen sighed, running a hand through his hair. "i just feel so betrayed." you mumble. "well at least now you see how i felt." tengen hummed. "i'm sorry. how do we make this," you motion between you both, "right?"

"i will forgive you." tengen grants. you look into his eyes to figure out what his emotions were. he looked back at you with a laxed expression. you slowly lean into him for a kiss. your eyes shut but he puts a hand up, blocking your face from reaching his.

"once you picked gyutaro over me, i knew where your head was at. just because i forgive you doesn't mean everything is okay between us." tengen says, "You really fucked me over [y/n]." you lean back, embarrassment evident in your face. "i know and i'm truly sorry tengen." you sigh. "you're more then welcome to still be my student though." tengen smiles.

you awkwardly smile back at him and nod.
"thank you tengen." you lean over to hug him one more time. he hugs you back tightly, resting his head on your shoulder. "i still love you [y/n], more then anything." "i love you too, tengen."
