"Liam, be careful!" Theo yelled, rushing over.

All Liam wanted was to get a glass out of the cupboard, but stupid Theo had put his new favourite glass all the way at the back, in a place he couldn't reach. So, instead of asking for help, the very heavily pregnant Liam decided to climb on top of the kitchen counter, and risk falling flat on his face, instead of using another glass or asking for help. He is a very smart young man, as you can quite clearly tell.

But as usual, Theo's keeping a very close eye on him, and came charging into the kitchen the minute he sensed Liam's stupidity - yes, by this point Theo could pretty much smell it - holding the dumbass's waist and helping him down before anything could happen. But Liam got his glass, that's the main thing!

"I was fine." Liam huffed, pushing Theo's arms away from him once his feet were flat on the ground. He just wanted some fucking water.

"If you wanted a glass, you could've just asked me to get it." Theo said, rolling his eyes as though he was annoyed. It was clear that it was concern though, not annoyance.

Liam filled the glass with water, leaning back on the counter and taking a sip "You wouldn't have got me the right glass!" Liam yelled.

Theo took a deep breath in, calming himself down. He was absolutely terrified Liam was just about to fall off of the counter over a fucking glass "Liam, you do realise you could've hurt yourself? Or the baby? You could've went into labour or anything!" he really tried to keep calm, but Theo is dating a dumbass, even the most level - headed of people can be pushed to their limits with a Liam in such close proximity.

"I'm not due for another 3, almost 4 weeks." Liam stated, downing the rest of his glass and then attempting to hop back onto the counter, just to piss Theo off.

Theo stared at the stupid fucking creature he called his lover, and the stupid fucking creature he called his lover stared back, trying to hotch his ass onto the counter. Theo rolled his eyes, thinking there's no harm in Liam just sitting on the counter, as long as Theo's there with him, and Liam's not about to do something completely idiotic.

He moved his hands to Liam's butt, lifting the werewolf up and making sure his ass was definitely on the counter, he's not having Liam slip off and hurt himself. Not on Theo's watch.

"You happy now?" Theo whispered against Liam's ear, low and gravelly. Liam gave a small nod, eyes going wide. Theo didn't miss the way he shivered slightly either, as he licked over Liam's earlobe. "You're such a dumbass." he chuckled.

"But I'm your dumbass." Liam grinned, resting his head against Theo's shoulder "And you love me!" he added.

"I can't deny either of those things, Little Wolf."

Liam's heart swelled. He pulled back from Theo's shoulder, looking deep into his eyes. Liam could never quite guess the colour of them, it was as though they changed with the lighting. Theo's eyes were a beautiful mystery, and Liam loved it. Sometimes, they had those beautiful specs of blue, other times a more steel grey, and in other lighting, they appeared much darker. One thing always remained the same, though; green. It was becoming Liam's favourite colour.

"What're you staring at, Little Wolf?" Theo broke Liam from his thoughts, a teasing glint in his eyes, but Liam didn't care.

"Your eyes are so beautiful." Liam breathed out, reaching out and cupping Theo's cheek.

Theo closed his eyes for a few seconds, opening them again to stare back into Liam's "Your eyes are beautiful, Little Wolf."

Liam shook his head no, leaning in to capture Theo's lips with his own in a gentle kiss. It was sweet, and full of love. No lust, no nothing. Just pure love. When they pulled away, their foreheads rested against each other, warm breaths mingling.
