Theo was exhausted, no thanks to Liam, this was for his sake as much as his own. He was trying to slide the mattress onto their new bedframe, and failing miserably as the corners kept catching on the sides of the bed.

Of course Liam wouldn't be helping, no, he was too busy planning out where all the new stuff that they'd just gotten was going in the baby's room.

So once again, Theo was stuck slaving away, over the same fucking mattress.

Liam, on the other hand, was daydreaming, and also in a slight panic. At the same time. Daydreaming because, well, this cute little coywolfwolf chibrid hymera was going to have the best decorated room a baby could want. And panicking because seeing all of the stuff - a crib, a diaper changing station, Theo even convinced Liam they needed that fucking rocking chair - was making it all seem more real. Also, baby stuff is fucking expensive.

Yes, this was actually happening.

Before Liam could get too lost in his panic, he decided he'd take a peek and see how Theo was getting on, regret filling him as soon as he did so.

God damn, Theo is hot.

Theo was shirtless and his jeans were riding low, giving Liam a lovely view of his back dimples. There was a gleam to Theo's skin from the sweat, Liam watched as a few droplets trickled down the back of Theo's neck, from his hair. Liam was just about ready to get on his knees and beg to be fucked, but he was spotted.

"Either get me a drink or get out." Theo huffed, giving the mattress one last kick into place.

Liam was out within a flash. Theo smirked, and began putting all the bed covers back on, he knew that Liam would be no help, the boy can barely do simple chores.

When he was just about done, Liam returned with a glass of water. Theo took it, muttering a 'thanks,' ignoring Liam's gaze on him. Theo knows he's hot.

The doorbell rang, and Theo looked towards Liam, expecting him to open it. Liam just stood there, obviously. Theo rolled his eyes, walking past Liam and opening the door.

If he's being honest, he's pretty glad he was the one to open it. On the other side, stood Scott and Malia. Theo gave Scott a look, silently asking why Malia was here, Liam is definitely not ready to see her.

Hell, Theo believes that Liam wasn't even all that ready to tell Scott a week earlier, but he just saw an opportunity, and decided that Scott knowing may be for the better.

This is Beacon Hills, after all.

"Aren't you gonna invite us in?" Malia asked, raising her eyebrows at Theo.

Theo took a look back at their bedroom, the door was closed. Did he close it? Or did Liam hear Malia's voice, freak out, and lock himself in there? He turned back to them, opening the door slightly wider, allowing them inside.

Just before Scott could follow Malia farther into the apartment, Theo grabbed his arm, pulling him to the side.

"What's she doing here?!" Theo asked in an annoyed whisper.

Scott looked guilty "I let it slip that Liam was living with you after he got kicked out, she's just worried."

Theo sighed, looking at the were - coyote currently prowling around their apartment, picking up random things and putting them back down, then making her way into the kitchen, probably to raid their fridge. If she touches any of the food that Liam's been craving, it's Malia that's gonna end up dead, and not by Theo.

"Liam's not ready." Theo muttered.

"I really tried to stop her, Theo. I couldn't, so I came with her, I thought that was better than leaving you two to deal with it."
