I Can't Give Up

Never give up.

Even when the lights fade and the seats empty,
I'll fall back on small wins, I keep plenty,

With these chips I'm all in, I'll keep betting,
Until I get to go wherever I'm heading,

Never give up.

When you're falling down and you're losing hope,
You gotta be the one to grab the rope,

When you're legs buckle trying to carry the weight,
Remind yourself this is what makes you great,

Don't give up.

When you push through for that extra rep,
Do it for all those nights that you never slept,

For every naysayer, every like-me-not,
Even with your last round It'd be worth the shot,

Don't give up.

With my kids watching I don't have an option,
It's go time and there's no stopping,

I'm gonna show the world that it can be done,
I'll work every day until the day I've won,

I can't give up.
