Josie Parker was truly the best assassin in the commission, killing two men, walking back to the hotel she was staying at in that time, gasping when she saw her sister leaning. Lila sighed, looking at her watch and shaking her head. "Only took her forty minutes to get back." Lila scoffed.
Trying to not roll her eyes, Josie grabbed the key card she needed, throwing the briefcase on the bed as she changed her clothes to get out the tacky clothes she had on, asking Lila what the hell she needed. "New person at the commission, the one that was in the apocalypse from 2019." Lila stated; getting a head turn from Josie.
For years, Josie has told her mother on how five hargreeves was just a child being stuck in somewhere he didn't wnat to be, much like Josie, wondering if he'd be a good fit for the commission. Here is she, twenty eight and finally getting to meet him.
"Is that so?" Josie tried to sound calm, grabbing her briefcase and going to 1953, hearing Lila trying to come and get left behind.
Looking around and scaring the people in the car she was beside, Josie giggled as she began to walk inside with her fellow co-workers. "Ah Herb, morning." Josie smiled, patting his back. "Morning Miss.Parker." She short man smiled.
Leaving Herb and making her way to her mothers office, Josie carefully knocked on the door when she was stunned to see a man so handsome, sitting at her mothers desk, holding a briefcase of his own.
"Ah Josie, wonderful, this is Five Hargreeves." The handler smiled, telling Josie to come hear her. The man— five, stood up and reached his hand out. "Pleasure." Was all he could say.
Josie was stunned for words, blushing a little while shaking his cold hands, wondering how he cleaned up so nicely. "If you can; please show five around and show him the protocols." The handler asked, looking at five.
"Miss.Parker is best assassin here, if you have any questions ask her." She told five; letting the two go. Josie let five go first as her mother made her stay for a minute.
"No funny business, all professional." She reminded her daughter. "Mother please! I would never." Josie winked, teasingly saying she definitely would make it unprofessional, quickly catching up with five to direct him to the beginner room.
"How long is your contact for?" Five asked her, trying to make small talk. "Twenty years; I've had a shitty life and the handler decided to make it longer than five for me." Josie lied confidently, showing him this was the room and letting him sit down with other older men as she leaned on his desk.
"Don't fuck it up old man." Josie whispered, wiggling her eyebrows as she smirked. "I'm only forty." Five grumbled, rolling his eyes. "Have fun." Josie said, being told to turn off the lights and waited outside to make sure he wasn't going to leave.
But lord was he hot.
"Why do you only like black coffee? It's so bitter, just like your face." Josie groaned out, spitting Fives' coffee out, over a trash can, while waiting for their culprit to come out of his building. "I told you to not drink my coffee." Five sighed, getting a middle finger that he so deserved.
"Well the lady screwed up mine and you were taking so long to drink yours." Josie complained, shaking her head miserably.
The plan to find the eye man had taken longer, after last night around 4am, he came out to see him give a brown bag to a car, running back into the building.
After a long night, Josie and five made a trip to get some coffee, which turned into hacking into a garbage can while looking like they were off to private school.
