Stage One Act Two: Truly Heaven

Life had been interesting for the android. It was the truth that had given it such new revelation and yet such things are short lived if you die shortly thereafter. The android looked confused as her new found friends find themselves in a pretty interesting yet threatening situation.

"Traitor," a man yelled from a distant vantage point on a bridge that seemingly went on forever.

"Oh no, it's the Fate of Demise," Mr. Dream said, half hoping this wasn't happening.

"So the traitor finally showed his face," the man with a huge fan sword and giant Gatling gun walked toward the small group.

"Hold up. What have I betrayed? Think for a second. I work for the same people you work for. We are employed by people that would give me the same punishment as they would give you," Dream said.

Mr. Demise finally got to Mr. Dream and then grabbed him by the collar. "So then tell me. Why are you going to get forbidden knowledge from the perennial library?" He asked quite forcibly.

Mr. Dream looked at Atresha, who then took the angry fate's hand. "I think you need to leave us alone."

"I think that was a bad move," Mr. Dream said.

Suddenly Mr. Demise grabbed the sword on his back and swung as Atresha blocked with her sword. This knocked her back through a stone pillar. Trina quickly swung her laser cannon into action, blasting the fate of Demise and making him slide back a few inches. She retreated behind a wall that Darshnel had summoned because Mr. Demise started blasting away with his chain gun, as it filled the wall full of holes. Lucky ran up to Zen tried to stop her. She Grabbed the gun and threw it aside, Mr. Demise grabbed his sword and started swinging at both Zen and Lucky. Lucky dodged with quick speed.

"Lucky stop, you can't operate on that level for long." Zen yelled.

Lucky grabbed Mr. Demise's sword and tossed it aside. It punched a few times and knocked some of Demise's armor off. Mr. Demise reached out and grabbed Lucky and Zen by the throat, one in each hand.

"You two have to be the most annoying opponents I have ever fought." He chucked both over the side of the bridge and they land in the stream of time.

"That's enough!" Mr. Dream yelled. "You have messed with my friend's guest long enough."

"Yeah, and what is the fate of dreams going to do about it?" Mr. Demise asked, looking down, but keeping eye contact with Mr. Dream.

"Not me," he said while smiling, "but a thousand nightmares." Mr. Dream put his hands in the air and a gate opened behind him.

"Have fun fighting these off," He said as the gate opened. Suddenly a liquid appeared out of the gate and wrapped the fate of Demise, enveloping him. Atresha got up and ran toward Mr. Demise.

"Hold up," Mr. Dream said. "Don't worry about attacking unless you want to be caught up in those nightmares, too."

"What are they?" Trina asked, walking up toward the two.

"They're cellular nightmares. Each the size of an atom, but each has the power of at least five nightmares. They're not powerful enough to kill our idiot here, but they can hold him for the longest of times."

"Oh no! What happened to Lucky and Zen?" Atresha said as she ran up to the bridge's edge. Dream and the other three walked to the edge where Atresha is peering over.

"So what happens to a person who falls down there?" Darshnel said, then turned and looked at Mr. Dream.

"Well, if they fall in where I think they did, they'll end up somewhere in the present. I think on earth, but I can't be sure. They'll be okay. At least they fell somewhere safe." Mr. Dream said. "But I think we need to press on. Don't worry, they'll be fine. Though I have no clue where on earth they'll end up. I can feel their hopes and they are more worried about us at the moment," he continued.
