Minho, Thomas and I packed our larger bags and got our machete's ready. Frypan had gave us plenty of food to feed ourselves whilst in the maze and it would weight us down a lot but that didn't matter. "You ready?" Minho said tightening the strap on his pack. "You bet i am!" Thomas said jumping and smiling. "I need to talk to Newt first OK? Then we go" I said and left the boys.

I found Newt where i left him on the floor in my room. I walked in very slowly hoping he wasn't still in the angry rage he was in an hour ago. He was still slumped against the same wall in the same spot. "Newt?" I said softly, he snapped his head up and looked at me, his eyes were watering. "Newt? Are you ok?" i walked towards him and he stood up. "You need to stay away from me greenie" he said in a low voice. "I tried to hit you greenie, i don't know whats happening" he put his face in his hands. "Yes i know, but..."

"But nothing greenie, you need to stay away from me OK?"

"Ha. Not happening"

"Fine, i'll stay away from you. I love you but i can't risk hitting you again. Just go and search the maze OK...then we'll see what happens!" He walked over to me kissed me on the head and then left the room. "Wait what?!" I turned around and saw Minho standing in the doorway watching Newt storm away. "What the hell happened?" Minho says walking closer to me. "You know what? I don't even know. Lets just go!" I said angrily, because i was angry. How dare he just say he's going to stay away from me. It's WICKED. They put us in here, they are making Newt angry. They designed me. They are going to pay for this.

The three of us walked over to the already open doors. "Hang on. What about the grievers at night?" Thomas said before we carried on. "They will be here in the glade for a while" Minho said with regret in his voice. "Gally!" I shouted and he ran over to me. "What's up Y/N?" Gally said. "I need you to keep the griever in here for as long as you can OK?"

"What? How?"

"I just need to to keep them in the glade, don't let anyone die for as long as possible...please! Fire use fire, that should keep them away hopefully!" Gally nodded and ran back to council hall.

"You ready shanks?" I said looking either side of me to Minho and Thomas, they bother smiled and nodded.

"Then Lets run!"
