"Before anything else, may I ask you a question guys? I need atleast 3 volunteers. Just stand up" Paula said
"I volunteer" Cassie raised her hand as she stands up.
"Okay, I need 2 more volunteers"
"Okay, I volunteer too" girl from the 5th row.
"Me too" a boy from the 1st row
"Okay, since Cassie volunteered first sya muna ang tatanungin ko. Is that okay?" Paula said while looking at the other 2 volunteers
"Alright." the 2 volunteers answered in chorus.
"Cassie, is management course really your first choice? and why?" Paula said.
"Yes, it is my first choice because I want to have my own business in the future. Of course, in order to put up a business, I need to have a foundation so it will be successful and to avoid some risks as well" Cassie seriously answered
"Alright. Thank you for your answer Cassie you may now take your seat." Paula said while smiling
"Next is you girly. Can you introduce yourself first because I forgot your name and Im sorry" Paula said while grinning shyly
"It's okay. I'm Bianca Torres."
"Alright, Bianca. Here's your question. Is this course your final choice?"
"Yes, I love this course very much so this is my final choice and there's no turning back." Bianca said with wide smile
"Thanks, Bianca. You may now take your seat. And lastly, George if I'm not mistaken" Paula said while showing i-hope-im-right-look at the boy
"Yes. I'm George"
"Okay. Here's your question. Do you have any idea about management?"
"Management is the act or act of supervising of something. Well, ayun pa lang yung alam ko for now pero I am willing to learn everything about it." George said with full of determination
"Okay thank you! You may now take your seat. Thank you so much participants! To be fair, I will answer those questions too." Paula said while smiling.
"First, Management has never been my choice. Because I dont like it. And it can make people get old easily. Second, its not my final choice but I have to do this for my parents and for the benefit of our company. I prefer music than this course. And lastly, i do not have any knowledge about this course except for the fact that it is about business. So, if will not be an effective reporter, I am sorry. Really! But I am trying my best here. Just please cooperate. At least I warned you right?" Paula said while grinning.
"First, what is management and who discovered it?" Paula said while looking to her blockmates
Management is the function that coordinates the efforts of people to accomplish goals and objectives using available resources efficiently and effectively. It also includes planning, organizing,staffing,leading or directing and controlling an organization to accomplish the goal.
Peter Drucker, the man who invented Management Theory, put great currency in listening,asking questions and letting natural patterns emerge from the answers.
"Just continue Ms. Lopez, you are good" commented by Mrs. Baltazar
"So as I was saying, he had so much contribution in this world. Well, thanks to him right? If not because of him, we will not open our minds to be creative and wise. Right?" Paula said

"Wow, frieeeend! Seryoso natin kanina ah!!!" Si cassie na pataas baba pa ng dalawang kilay
"Tch. Shut up. Tara na sa canteen"balik sa masungit na naman si Paula
"Ilibre mo ko ha? Tinulungan kita kahapon" cassie na pangiti-ngiti pa
"Oo na!" pairap na sagot ng dalaga
"Uyyyy, friend! Tingnan mo oh! May pinagkakaguluhan yata don. Tingnan natin." cassie na halos mabali na ang leeg kakatanaw sa tinuturo
"Duuuuh! Ayoko nga makipagsiksikan dyan" naka ngusong sagot ni Paula
"Sige na saglit lang kahit samahan mo na lang ako. Curious ako e" namimilit na si cassie
"Curious or chismosa ka lang talaga?" iritableng sagot ni Paula
"Curious nga! Tara na kasiiii! Saglit lang promise!" Cassie na itinaas pa ang kanang kamay na tila nagpapanata
"Tsss! Oo na" sagot ni Paula
"Friend! May singing competition daw" cassie
"Talaga? Kaso parang ayoko e" sagot naman ni Paula
"Wow! Ngayon ka lang yata tumanggi ah?" Nagtatakang tanong ni cassie
"Pag-iisipan ko muna. Hanggang kelan ba registration?
"Hanggang mamaya na lang tapos later ng 5pm ang audition." Sagot ni cassie habang nakatingin sa bulettin board
"Whaaaaat?! Ganon kabilis?" gulat na gulat na tanong ni Paula
"2 weeks from now na ang competition" sagot naman ni Cassie
"Tagal pa pala eh. Atat masyado lang?"
"Eh basta lista na kita ha?" Cassie na walang patumpik tumpik na sinulat ang pangalan ng kaibigan
"Fine! Fine!"
"Yehey!!!! Sure win ka na dito lagi naman eh." Cassie na sobrang lapad ng ngiti
"Iba nung highschool, iba din ngayong college panigurado mas maraming magagaling." Paula na seryoso ang mukha.
"Kelan ka pa nagpatalo Victoria Paula Lopez?" nakangising sagot ni Cassie
"Shut up! Don't call me by my full name. Just Paula okay?" tila may halong banta sa pananalita ng dalaga
"Parang mas sopistikada pag Victoria" tila nag iisip na sagot ni Cassie
"Try mo kung gusto mong maubos yang buhok sa ulo mo"
"Ouch naman friend. Napaka mapanakit mo talagaaa! Bakit ba kasi?" may halong pout na salita ni Cassie
"May mga bagay na hindi na dapat pang maalala" makahulugang sagot ni Paula sabay alis ng canteen at iniwang nakanganga si Cassie.
