I came out of the mansion to fetch water from the river. But then suddenly, I dropped the wooden bucket the second I saw a dreamy figure on his royal horse
He came near me and got down from his horse. I must still behalf asleep to witness a beautiful dream. I stared at him as much as I can because I didn't want to miss even his shadow even though I'm bound to leave him behind
"So you've started appearing in my dreams too" i said after long long seconds as my frozen body never moved an inch
My eyes met his as I felt the spark. He smiled nodding as if agreeing to what i said
"I don't want to see you get lost" I came back to reality and said shaking my head hoping this dream would go but no
He wouldn't reply me but kept smiling
"Don't do this to me.. i don't want to think about you" i said taking the bucket and went to fill the water
He didn't speak a letter but kept following me and I tried my best to not look at him knowing he would disappear in the thin air and it would be only me
"Welcome back your highness" General guy came and bowed in front of Him
"Y..you see him?" I asked shockingly
"What..what do you mean lady Hui?" He replied confused
"I-"
He is real.
"I'll see uncle So in 10 minutes"
And he finally spoke.
"Yes your highness I'll prepare the table" Brother bowed and left.
It was just us. Me and Prince Taehyung. I could feel goosebumps raise in my body as he looked at me smiling
It was still silence and his cute smile. Only our eyes spoke their own language which we can never understand.
He finally spoke breaking the silence "It feels too long. How are you lady Hui?"
"I'm fine your highness. How have you been?" I replied bowing
"I am fine.. now that I have finally seen you" he said as he smiled more
"It has been 21 days your highness" I spoke finding it hard to believe it's really him
"I thought you didn't want to see me but you have even counted the days" he said taking a step towards
"I didn't know it was really you.." i replied taking a step backwards
"You even told me to get lost" he raised an eyebrow as he took an other step towards
"I thought.. I..i was dreaming" I said in a low tone taking an other step backwards
"You said you didn't want to think about me" he said taking an other step towards
"I-" i took a step backward as my body hit the tree behind "i..i didn't mean that your highness" I said looking down
Prince Taehyung got closer and closer slowly until his nose was brushing my ear. His warm breathe tickling my neck sent shivers down my spine making me lose it
"I see that you've counted it right" he spoke in his hazy voice as my face flushed "510 hours" he said looking at his royal Henlein Watch
"What?" I said chuckling as a tear slipped
"I have been apart from you for 510 hours Lady Hui" He said grinning
I chuckled as an other tear slipped down and I kept nodding my head still in unbelief
He too chuckled at how he made me lose it without even doing anything. He pulled himself back and held my hand chuckling
"did you miss me?" He suddenly asked making me pour inside. Please Prince Taehyung. I screamed inside.
"Everything is ready your highness" a soldier said bowing and left when Prince Taehyung nodded
"We'll continue later" he said smiling and turned
"I.. i can't bring myself to do anything ever since you left this place your highness" I spoke looking at him squeezing the air in my fist
"During the day I'd look through the window hoping a dreamy young man will come on his beautiful brown horse and during the night I'd look at the moon wondering why it's so lonely" a tear slipped away
