"Yes? Ah no it's nothing" he said as he stood
"Your lying. Your not even shocked by this letter Prince Taehyung" I said furiously as I stood too
It became silent as we both were wordless. He looked at the letter and sighed heavily fighting for words
"I..i already knew you were not... Lady Hui" he said exhaling
My heart stopped and my brain couldn't process what he just said "yes?" I scoffed
"You should ask everything to your father. Y/n" he spoke scooting a little closer to me
MY FATHER? Y/n?? What is happening..
"As for me.. i loved you even before I had the hope I'd ever meet you" he said as he gripped my face gently
"I don't understand.." I said looking at his eyes with confusion and fear
"Your father had told me stories about you.. the stories which filled my dreams and made my heart happy.." he said stroking my hair down as i was still unable to process the previous sentence
"For others you might look exactly like lady hui but to me there are million reasons to differentiate and I know I didn't miss a single detail" he grinned weakly
"How..how—"
"Shush" he pressed his thumb against my lips "let me finish" he said pulling his thumb back "i... I loved you even before i saw you.. I..i loved you just more the second i saw you and I will forever love you.. y/n"
Tears filled my eyes. So many unanswered questions and so much fear. Everything right now seems surreal

He leaned towards me linking our foreheads wiping the falling tear
"It was never Lady Hui y/n—"
"—Lady Hui" Yuri rushed shouting as we parted
"What's wrong?" I asked her as she was panting heavily
"The..the King... is here.." she said in between her accelerating breaths
My heart filled with fear as i looked at Prince Taehyung with fright. With anger filled eyes he lifted his knife from the back of his belt. But I stopped him shaking my head "Please stay here your highness" I said and left with Yuri without allowing him to speak
"I know he's hiding in here" the King shouted
"I don't know what are you talking about" My appa.. Father replied coldly
Suddenly the king nodded his head as two of the soldiers came aiming me "Stop there" father tried to fight them but they pushed him down
"Appa" I rushed to help him but two of them held my hands at the back tightly as a sword was drawn near my neck
"Let her go" he yelled furiously
"Do you still not know?" The King smirked wickedly making me feel disgusted
"Let. Her. Go" a daunting voice was heard from the grand stairs as the soldiers let me go that instant
"How dare you listen to a traitor" the king yelled on top of his lungs. The soldiers quickly held my hands again with fright in their eyes
Prince Taehyung why did you come. I screamed inside as every part of me started breaking
He threw his fist on one the soldiers as the other one let me lose "You came here for me. Do not touch them" he said looking at the King
"Very well" the King spoke with anger "prepare yourself for the prosecution you traitor"
Pro..prosecution? No..no...
"Arrest the traitor" the king said turning his cold back
No.. no no no...
Two of the soldiers held Prince Taehyung's hand but he pushed them away and looked at me once with nothing but love in his eyes
"Prince Taehyung don't go" I screamed rushing to him holding his hanbok tightly
"Please don't worry" He held me by my waist as he whispered with a smile
Tears found their way down my checks as he left right in front of my eyes. Yuri gripped my falling body as I held my chest and started suffocating
