"is jaehyun coming today?" hajoon bugged his sister as usual as they sat in the living room together

"yes he should, but make sure he leaves at 5, we have to go to your therapy session afterwards" her brother nodded, about to walk away but she stopped him, "hey hajoon" he looked back at the girl, "try not to tell jaehyun much about our family life yah? i'm sure he knows little hints but not the whole story so just try to keep it at a minimum"

and once again he nodded, "oh..and hyesun" she hummed at the boy as he looked down at his lap, fidgeting with his fingers, "i'm sorry for yelling at you and telling you to stop meddling in my life. i know you and hyunjoon care for me and just want to be there for me. i shouldn't have stormed off like that..i'm really sorry"

hyesun was silent for a few seconds before she wrapped her arms around him from the side, hugging him tightly, "open up to us when you're ready hajoon. please, i don't want to be left out of your life. you and hyunjoon are all i have left and i can't afford to lose the ones i love. so please, just tell me whenever something is bothering you. i'll be here for you no matter what"

the two pulled away and hajoon looked up at her, "you won't leave me right..you and hyunjoon won't ever leave right?"

"never" she held out her pinkie, "promise" the boy locked his pinkie with her's and the two smiled.

the doorbell then rung and the two quickly left the living room and went to the entrance.

hyesun opened the door, revealing jaehyun standing there, "hey" he waved. she replied with a 'hey' as well before opening the door wider for him.

walking inside, she closed the door after him. he quickly looked at hajoon, "let's go to your room then?"

the younger nodded as he walked away and jaehyun quickly followed after the younger to his room. jaehyun left the door open ajar and walked towards hajoon who was sitting at the desk who was pulling out his homework.

he couldn't help but wonder how it felt to have a younger brother since he only had an older sister and he wanted to murder her a majority of the time.

2 hours had passed and hajoon and jaehyun were passed out on his bed after the two worked for a long time.

hyesun knocked on the boy's door before entering but didn't get a response from either. she opened the door more only to find both sleeping on his bed.

she let out a light chuckle and went towards the side hajoon was sleeping on.

the girl poked him but he shook his head, groaning, moving to face jaehyun. she sighed and went over to jaehyun's side.

she then shook his shoulder lightly, "hey jaehyun..wake up. you guys passed out" his eyes opened slowly observing his surroundings, forgetting what had happened, "time for you to go"

"sorry" he muttered, not meaning to fall asleep

"it's fine, hajoon like you a lot" she grinned at the boy who got up trying not to wake up hajoon, "thanks for helping out hajoon..it's not often he has someone to connect with so easily"

"what about your brother?"

"hyunjoon isn't home often, usually at college or working" she replied

the two proceeded to leave the boy's room and towards the entrance of the house. hyesun opened the door, "i'll see you another time jaehyun"

"you too. take care" he bidded her bye before he left and she closed the door, not locking it though

she walked back to hajoon's room, waking him up. this time he woke up and wondered where jaehyun was, "jaehyun already left. but get ready, we need to leave for your therapy"
