Lisa

"We already have an agreement, right Jen?".

"Don't call me that..". She painfully spoke and looked down at the ground and closed her eyes.

"Agreement?". I looked at Jennie, "What agreement is he talking about?".

"You didn't tell your lovebird? How sad?". Woobin mocked as I stood there, feeling so defeated and confused. "Nini?".

"What is he talking about?".

Her breathing started to become heavy, she bit her bottom lip; "Lisa.. I..".

"Speak Jennie". I rubbed the back of her hand.

"Well if she won't, then I will. Jennie's parents are going through a crisis and I'm their only way out. I decided to offer them money, but with one condition; that they give me their only daughter". Woobin answered.

I was left shocked.

So this was all planned out, Jennie didn't want to do anything with him. She was forced into being with him, just because of her cruel parents. Jennie's mother for sure was known for being a respected businesswoman, but what happened and changed all of that?

"An arranged marriage?".

"Yes, Lisa". Jennie answered. Her eyes were scared, dull, and tired.

My heart dropped.

It can't be.

"Unfortunately, you've heard something that wasn't meant for you to hear, now we will take matters into our own hands and whip you off the face of this planet". Woobin took a few steps closer to me, but I wasn't going to leave Jennie.

Not with him.

I gripped her hand tightly and watched her eyes look up at me; worry clouding them.

"Let's hope you get to run before you decide to whip me off this planet". I shot his knee as he groaned and fell to the ground.

"Where the fuck do you think you're going?!". The men behind us screamed.

I ran and pulled Jennie with me.

At the start, she didn't budge but then she started following in my footsteps as we ran out of the bar with men chasing us. I quickly told her to get on my bike before I drove us out of that place.

She wrapped her arms around me, as I relaxed against her touch and whispered; "You're safe with me, love".

I drove us as far away from his bar as I can. Jennie's body started to tense from behind me, as I looked at the rear mirror, she was crying while clutching my shirt so tightly. I frowned and parked somewhere hidden, before getting out of my bike and grabbing her hand into mine; sitting down on the grass, and pulling her down with me.

She sat between my legs, with her back to me. Her body started shaking, as I bit my lip and pulled her to my chest.

"Lisa, I.. I'm so sorry".

She cries, "I.. I failed you".
