Chapter 7

A/N: Hey guys, so here is chapter 7! The video above is for the part of Valerie's dream!

Valerie's POV

Waking up on a Tuesday to hear yelling outside your bedroom window isn't fun. I shoved my head under my pillow and could still hear all of it. I looked at the time on my phone. It read 7:28 AM. Knowing Jonah, he was awake. I found his caller ID and called him. It rang twice before he answered.

"Good morning Val, why are you calling me when I'm across the hall?"

"It's not a good morning when my window is open and I can hear yelling outside."

"Is that you telling me to go close your window and tell them to pipe down?"

"How'd you know?"

"I've lived with you for 16 years of your life and mine, I know you more than you think."

I then heard the line go dead and a knock at my door. Knowing it was Jonah I let him in. He walked straight to m window and before closing it, he yelled.

"CAN YOU GUYS PIPE DOWN? THERE'S A PRINCESS TRYING TO SLEEP IN HERE!"

He then shut the window and walked over to my bed, getting underneath the duvet.

"Sorry I yelled Val, I know you get headaches this early in the morning."

He said with a kiss to my forehead.

"It's fine, are you staying in here?"

"Just until you fall asleep."

My brother and I look nothing alike and since we are so close and he's so protective it seems like we are an item. That would be gross, but I'll admit he'd be a great boyfriend.

He hasn't dated since his sophomore year in high school. He was in love with this girl and she was a two-timer. He then was known as the jock that never fell in love. Since Jonah is only a year older, I was a freshman. Jonah was always so sweet to me and everyone found that weird since he never showed affection unless it was towards me.

I laid my head back on my brother's chest and fell into a sleep filled with a crazy dream.

(DREAM IS IN ITALICS)

I was in a corridor filled with grey walls. There were many doors around me.

Every door was locked.
