5.1 no sanctuary

Genny pulls out one of her knives from her boot making Glenn look at her. "Smart," he smiles.

She nods standing next Daryl as he pulls out something from his pocket. "Hey, uhm..." he starts.

"Yes," she smiles looking up at him, "I'll be your wife." She says.

He smiles grabbing her hand and putting a simple silver ring on it. "You gonna kiss her or what?" Abraham asks.

Daryl puts his hands over her ears and kisses her gently. "Took you two goddamn years," Glenn smiles padding his shoulder.

The spark of happiness is over quickly as Glenn alarms the group. Genny grabs Glenn's hand, three squeezes answered by four, she smiles nodding at him. Genny and Daryl stand next each other until a smoke bomb is dropped from the roof.

Daryl pushes her into Maggie's arms as the doors open and Rick, Daryl, Glenn and Bob get taken away. "Where are they?" Genny asks as the smoke clears out.

"I don't know, I couldn't...I didn't..." Maggie says panicking.

Soon explosions sound and the moaning of walkers. Genny looks outside as the group starts a discussion. "Enough! They will come back. We need to be ready to fight our way out when they are," she says making the group shut up.

The group keeps working until they start getting curious about the cure but Genny doesn't want to hear it. Suddenly the door opens and the group fights their way to the fence.

Daryl helps Genny over as she pulls away from Abraham's touch. Once everybody is over the group goes into the woods where they go to the blue bag.

Genny and Rick dig it up and Genny smiles grabbing her bow and knives. She leans against a tree and rubs her upper leg. "You okay?" Glenn asks.

"Yeah, just hurts a little," she sighs but gets quiet when she sees carol walking over to them.

Daryl looks at Genny and follows her eyes. He runs over to carol and hugs her picking her up. He's got his wife and his best friend back, his mind wonders off to Beth and Judith. Both possibly dead making him cry.

He lets go of her as Genny walks over to carol. "You..." carol breaths out.

"No, I'm not dead," Genny smiles with tears in her eyes as carol hugs her.

"You weren't breathing," she cries in Genny's neck.

"I know. I'm sorry," Genny smiles.

The group goes with carol but Genny has to support on Daryl because of her leg. After a while they get to a cabin where Tyreese walks out with Judith in his arms.

Genny smiles as Rick, Carl and Sasha run towards the two. Daryl and Glenn see the smile on her face making them smile too.

The group gets moving again as they need to get away from the upcoming herd. Genny still supports on Daryl as they walk over the train tracks into the woods.
