Daryl is getting ready by his bike. "You sure you don't want me to come?" Caisy sighs.

"Yes," Genny says with a raised eyebrow.

"But, mom..." Caisy starts.

"She has already given you your answer," Daryl says getting up.

Caisy sighs walking off and Genny smiles looking after her. "I'm happy," Daryl smiles.

"With what?" Genny frowns turning to him.

"You allowing her to call you mom," he says looking up from his bike.

"I'm still getting used to her being here," she sighs sitting down next him.

He kisses her softly and Genny gets up. "Promise me you'll be careful?" She asks.

"I always am," he says.

She smiles and walks away not wanting to say goodbye to her husband. The next day she watches as a large group of Alexandria's leaves.

"I don't want you to go out there," Daryl said as they sat on the porch.

"For the baby?" She asked looking up.

"And for you. For Caisy. For Carl. For Judith. If Rick dies, you become the leader of Alexandria," he said kissing her shoulder.

"What about you?" She asked turning to him.

"I can't be killed," he smiled kissing her softly.

"Five more months," she sighed with her hand on her belly.

He chuckled, "I have never seen you hate anything more." He said with his hand over hers.

"I hate pregnancies. All they do is make me feel sick and I'm loaded up with hormones all the fucking time," she sighed looking at Caisy who trains with Carl.

He smiled noticing her look at Caisy. "She said she's grateful that you're letting her stay in Alexandria. She knows it must be hard for you," he said.

"It's over, it was long over at the prison. I just needed time to process that I was free and I needed a right time to be with you," she said squeezing his hand tightly.
