Daryl picks up a stuffed beer and looks at it with a frown. "Daryl?" Carol asks behind him.
"For Glenn," he says putting it in Maggie's backpack.
"You coming to see them?" Maggie asks with a frown.
"Mom would like that," Caisy smiles.
"I'm not," he growls softly before walking off.
At Hilltop Genny wakes up by soft crying. She groans as she sits up on the couch and gets up. "I'm coming," she sighs moving her hand through her long hair.
She walks into a room and goes to a crib. She picks up a baby boy with a smile. "Hey, baby," she whispers looking at baby Hershel who is still sleeping.
"Thank god, you didn't wake up your cousin," she says taking him away.
She walks onto the balcony and looks around the people that are working on their own jobs. She sits on a chair and puts her kid on a playing mat.
She looks at him until footsteps are heard and Jesus walks in with Hershel on his hip. "Or not," she smiles at her kid while Jesus puts Hershel on the mat too.
He sits with them to play with them while she reads her book. "Is it a good one?" He asks.
"Georgie knows her books," she smiles up at him.
He smiles looking down. "The plans are working great," he says looking around.
"Thanks to Alden and Ken with his dad Earl," she says closing her book and stretching as she gets up.
Jesus looks at the scar on her belly, the c-section was one of the worst things he had been a part of. "It's just a scar," she smiles hugging him from behind.
"It's not the scar that plagues me," he sighs grabbing her hands.
She kisses his cheek. "You're to good of a friend," she smiles.
"I'm the gay best friend," he chuckles.
She laughs softly before they hear the gates open. They get up and each pick up a child. She walks to the railing and they look at the others that come back.
Her smile drops before she walks away. "Ken is dead," she says softly. That night she stands next Jesus while they have a funeral.
Later on she's in her bedroom and hears some movements outside. She gets up and looks out her window to see Maggie struggling with someone and Hershel on the ground crying.
She runs out leaving her baby in his crib while Caisy is also fast asleep on the bed in the corner of the room. She runs to the person and grabs their shoulders before kicking their heel.
She gets pushed back before falling with her head on a rock of one of the graves. She tries to get up with a grunt grabbing her forehead before she blacks out.
"What happened?" Daryl asks looking at a still passed out Genny.
"She hit her head trying to save me," Maggie sighs lifting a wet cloth from Genny's forehead.
"Gregory ordered the assassination?" Daryl asks holding Genny's hand.
Maggie nods and Daryl looks at her again. "I'll do the execution," he says before walking out of the infirmary trailer.
That night he stands with baby Glenn in his arms as he looks at the Hilltop people burying the body of Gregory. "Hey," Caisy smiles walking over to them with a bottle.
"Hey, thanks," he says taking it.
She nods looking at her baby brother. "He looks like you," she smiles.
"God, you too," he sighs shaking his head with a smile.
She rolls her eyes and looks up when a door opens. Genny is helped out by Jesus who smiles at them. Genny stops looking at Daryl who is holding their baby.
"When did he get back?" She frowns.
"This morning," Jesus smiles.
She smiles at Daryl who also smiles back at her. She looks at Caisy who seems to baby talk to Glenn.
