***Athena's Summary***

**Above is a song called "Together We Are One". I think that it fits this part of the story so well!***

Relief has come to Rohan after the Battle of Helm's Deep. But Athena knows that there is more danger up ahead. With evil brewing inside of Mordor, there is a very good chance that anyone in the Fellowship could die. She is willing to fight for the freedom for Middle-Earth, even if it means risking her life for others. In the meanwhile, Pippin, the troublemaker that he is, has put himself in danger after messing with the Palantir. She, Gandalf, and Pippin make their way hastily to Gondor. There, they meet Faramir, the Steward's son, who claims that he had met Frodo, Sam, Sera, and Gollum. Pippin gets very excited, relieved that his friends are alive. But when Faramir tells the trio that they were headed for the stairs of Cirith Ungol, all hope fails for Athena. The stairs were dangerous, and she was afraid that Gollum would be putting them in even more danger than they already were. That same night, war is brewing in the Black City. And Athena fears that Frodo, Sam, Sera, and Gollum would get caught.

***Sera's Summary***

Meanwhile, Frodo, Sam, Sera, and Smeagol/Gollum have escaped Gondor with the help of Faramir, who finally realizes what Frodo was meant to do after hearing Sera's uplifting speech. He realizes her love and protection for Frodo, and the dangers that the Ring of Power holds. WIth the "help" from Gollum, they make their way up the stairs of Cirith Ungol. Unfortunately, the higher they climb, the more tired and weaker Frodo gets. And Sera is worried about his health and safety. They try and rest up as much as they can for Frodo's strength. When Sera and Sam overhear Gollum's plot to kill Frodo and take the Ring back in his own hands, the duo insist to Frodo that they must leave. Much to Sera's and Sam's dismay, Frodo sides with Gollum, telling the duo to leave. Although Sera knows that this wasn't Frodo, and it wasn't his fault, she's still upset with him. Luckily, Sam and Sera manage to follow Frodo and Gollum through the tunnel. When they find Frodo's lifeless body being wrapped up in spiderwebs, they think that he is dead, until some Orcs find him and bring him to the Dark Tower. There, the duo rescue their friend, and they continue to make their way to Mount Doom.
