"Aren't the aliens so cool, I mean their intelligence is probably lightyears ahead of us, the things we could learn from them, and they are fashion-forward peaceful people." I say as Zed and I walk to school, "I mean they did kinda blow up Seabrook, right" he says "well I'm sure it was an accident, and the courage to travel to a whole other world! It's amazing, I'm still nervous about just moving to college alone" he looks down and that's when I realized what I said "not alone, I really worded that wrong, I mean I'll have my sister, and you! I meant that college and a whole world are a lot different and I'm nervous about the smaller option-" I ramble "It's okay, I am so getting into mountain college, we are going to be together, forever".

"It's you and me for the rest of our lives together" "we're not breaking up were not falling out we won't change" "living perfectly so happily til forever" "when it comes to trust there's nothing that we can't say, were not worried definitely not worried" "were not nervous, totally unconcerned with, things uncertain" "we're gonna be fine, so fine, ain't no doubt about it" "working alright, alright, all I'm thinking bout is how everything gonna be ok no complications in our way" "it's fine we're fine, ain't no doubt about it".

Later that day the girls and I went down to the pizza place to talk about cheer. I was kinda only there because I had nothing better to do, I mean I had finished all my art exams and I wanted to spend some time with my sister. "Oh great leader of cheer, I need your help," A-spen said to Addison as they joined us unexpectedly "yeah of course" "I have a feeling I cannot define, my palms are sweaty and it feels like space moths are in my stomach". I know the feeling. "ohh space flu" Bree guesses, "I think you have a crush A-spen" my sister says "crush?" A-spen gestures crushing something with her hand. "No, um-" "it's when you like-like someone you know, love" I continue for her "no I do not know" "It's when you connect with someone in a really strong way," I say trying to explain it better. "And desire someone irrationally to be with them?" they ask and we all nod "yes that is it" A-spen exclaims.

"Omg who's the lucky person?" Bree asks excitedly "they're a zombie" "um Bonzo is so not available, Addi hold my glasses," Bree says defensively ready to fight A-spen "I love Zed" they quickly say.

Oh. I mean I get it, how could anyone not love Zed? But this is a bit awkward. Everyone then looks at me to see how I would react. "You love Zed? A-spen, I love Zed", "we both love Zed, how wonderful" "yeah you can't like her boyfriend," Lacey says, "one must control who they love?" "Well no, you can't control love, but Zed and I are a couple, we wanna be together forever" "that is if he gets into mountain college," my sister says "or maybe he will not get in, change his mind and love me once you go away" and I stare at them shocked, they are so new to this. "how about we talk about this after practice?" My sister says to get out of the awkward mood. "Practice sounds fun".
