So today I'm going to do some digging and find out who really framed Neal. I was at the bureau and they let me look through some peoples files to see if I can see who signed the NC on the painting.

until I looked through Matthew Keller's and found out that this handwriting looks exactly like the handwriting that put the NC on the painting. Oh My God, Keller framed Neal!
I went up to Diana and told her that I know who framed my brother and that we need to find him so we can set Neal free.
She says "Okay but are you positive you have the right person, and can you tell me who framed him?"
I then say "Yes it was Keller , when I was looking through the files I found his and his handwriting matches the NC on the painting"
I then pull out the paper with Keller's writting and hand it to Diana , she compares it to the signature on the painting and says "Nice detective work Brooke , let's go find Keller"
Diana and me get into the van and she pulls up the camera footage around the city and we spot Keller at an outdoor auction , Diana drives us there .
Once we get there I say "I have a plan I need you to stay in the van for now though"
She then says "Okay but I am going to have you wear this wire so I can hear what's going on for your safety so I can come in if needed"
I then say "Okay and I'll also signal to you when to come in and arrest Keller' She says "Okay good thinking" she then grabs the wire and puts it on me so it will be out of Keller's sight .
I start to walk out of the van and Diana says "Good luck out there little Caffrey you got this " I then thank her and walk out of the van . I spot Keller and go up to him .
I say "Hello Keller ,you piece of shit I know you framed my brother why?"
He then says "I did not , when do you think I would have time for that?"
I then say "Keller don't lie I saw your handwriting earlier it matches the signature on that painting"
He then says "I think your just reading to much into this because you don't want to believe your brother is doing bad things again and going down the wrong path your spiraling"
I then say "I am not! I know you have always wanted to get revenge on Neal so when you came back here you thought it'd be the perfect time to get Neal locked up .
I know you had time for that you are a horrible person Keller and I hate you , you got my brother locked up and your gonna pay for it , I hope you go to jail for a long long long time"
Keller then glares at me and he says "Cut it Caffrey!"
