Chapter 1

??? POV:

"What the fuck am I doing here?" I said out loud in an annoyed tone. Here I was, laying down on a random rooftop while staring at the clear blue sky and the fluffy white clouds that were passing by. Hey, that rhymed!

Aren't you supposed to meet up with that big annoying guy? The voice in my head said. Let's just say he wasn't a fan of the guy.

I chuckled softly. "You're still calling him annoying, huh?"

Well, HE IS ANNOYING!

"Toshi's just a bit...loud."

The banana head is louder. He grumbled. The big guy is pure annoying!

I just rolled my eyes at his statement and continued to stare at the clouds when suddenly—

BOOM!

A loud explosion was heard throughout the entire district and it obviously caught my attention. I quickly got up and saw a huge cloud of smoke forming just a few blocks away from my position. "Eto...should I check that out?"

Go, dumbass!

"All right, all right! I'm going! Geez...," I responded as I rushed towards the cloud of smoke, jumping from roof to roof.

Third Person's POV:

"Detroit...Smash!" All Might yelled as he punched the Sludge Villain, forcing him to release the hostage he was holding before bursting into bits and scattering all over the ground.

"And...looks like I'm late," a hooded figure sighed on the edge of one of the now destroyed buildings on the scene.

Nobody saw the figure standing there since they were all too busy gawking at All Might's 'incredible' punch.

Of course, you're late. I can't believe you stopped just to get a popsicle. The voice in her head said.

"I was thirsty! And that old woman looked like she needed the money!" the figure argued as she sucked on her blue popsicle.

The voice heavily sighed as he was too speechless to even comment back at her.

"Besides, even if I did arrive here earlier, I still couldn't do anything since I can't appear in public," she added before feeling raindrops dripping on her cheeks. She looked up and saw rain pouring down from the sky.

"Huh? It's raining."

"Don't tell me all that wind just now was...."

"Look at the clouds. They're moving!"

The people around the scene said.

"Holy crap! He changed the weather," a pro hero on the scene, Death Arms, said in amazement.

"Did that really just happen?"

"He changed the weather with a single punch like it was nothing! All Might saved the day again, he's amazing!"

People started to cheer loudly for the Number One Hero.

"But the fires aren't out yet!" one of them exclaimed, pointing at the remaining fires.

The hooded figure who heard it heavily sighed. "I guess I have to clean up his mess." She snapped her fingers, causing blue flames to suddenly appear around the remaining fires. It then devoured them whole before vanishing into thin air.

...

"What just happened?"

"Did you see that?"

"That was amazing!"

"Who did that?"

People murmured and whispered to each other about the blue flames. All Might knew who did it, but nobody actually saw the person. Nobody...except one.

Bakugou Katsuki, the boy who was held hostage by the Sludge Villain, saw the hooded figure standing at the edge of the building, eating a popsicle. Their eyes met and they stared at each other for a few seconds.

Because of the hood, Katsuki couldn't see the figure's face clearly, except for the glowing electric-blue eyes. However, the eye contact didn't last long because after Katsuki blinked, the figure was gone from his sight, leaving him confused.

'Who the fuck was that?'

??? POV:

I blended with the shadows as I watched the green haired boy getting chewed out by the pro heroes while the spiky ash-blond haired boy got praised for his bravery.

"Interesting...," I mumbled to myself. A smirk was plastered on my face as I vanished completely from the scene.
