Yui's POV:
The fight was unimaginably fucked up.
Katsuki and I got separated quite far from each other and he had to defend himself against six of the League.
And every fucking time I tried to get to him, the fox-masked villains always got in my way.
'Damn it! Think, Yui, think!' I wrecked my mind for every possible ways while dodging and countering the attacks. 'I can't use my quirk to the max because Katsuki could get hurt. But these villains are on a different level than the usual low-class bastards. Worst of all, I don't have a single clue what quirks the fox-masked duo have so I can't act carelessly! Fuck!'
I noticed that Toshi was also struggling against All For One. 'Toshi couldn't focus his fight if Katsuki isn't off the field. Shit! Everything goes back to Katsuki's survival.'
A small heads up. Your little friends are here. Yuu grumbled in displeasure.
'My friends?!' I was so shock that I paused for a mere second, allowing the bitch's blade to cut through my skin. I flinched at the contact and kicked her away.
Concentrate, Yui! Her blades are laced with the same poison she used during the USJ!
'Then stop dropping bombs in my fucking head, Yuu!'
But it's true! Broccoli boy and his little crew are right behind that wall over there! Yuu said as I dodged another attack from the fox-masked duo. They seem to be planning something to get the kid out of here.
'...can you hear what they're saying?'
I can't fully hear their plan, but I think you have get Katsuki away from the villains for a few moments.
'I can do that.'
I took a deep breath and released my ice quirk, freezing every villain on the field. I used that short moment to grab Katsuki and put some space between us and the frozen villains.
"Yui—"
"Babe, I need you to listen to me very carefully," I said, forcing him to hold his questions. "Izuku and the others are here to save you."
Katsuki looked very puzzled. "What—?"
"Listen to me." I gripped his arms firmly and stared into his beautiful ruby-red eyes. I could get lost in them forever, but now wasn't the time for those cheesy stuff. "Whatever their plan is, you need to— no, you must follow them. Do you understand?"
A loud crack was heard, signaling that time was running out.
Katsuki nodded. "Of course. Then we'll both get the hell out of here, right?"
I pressed my lips into a thin line.
I knew that he realized what my silence meant. His eyes tried to find any signs of lies as he hesitantly repeated, "We'll get out here together, right?"
It took a few seconds for me to shake my head. "I'm staying."
"You can't!" Katsuki exclaimed, breaking free from my grasp. "If you're staying, I'm staying!"
"Kats, you have to understand—!"
"I don't care what you say! I'm not leaving without you—!"
"Katsuki!"
He flinched at how harsh I yelled his name out.
I cupped his cheek with my trembling hand. "I have to stay and help Toshi. And you have to get to safety."
His eyes watered as he whispered in a shaking voice, "Please don't make me leave you. I don't think I can't—"
I sealed his lips with a soft kiss. "Don't worry, babe. I'm not gonna die." I wiped a tear that slipped from his eye.
