I woke up and got ready. I waited for Soohyuk to get ready... Last night I was a little drunk so I haven't used my phone so I checked it and found there is a missed call from reporter Paul... I call him back... But got no reply...
Soohyuk: I'm ready! let's go!
Soohyuk came...
Y/n: do you know anything about Eojin and Sora, like what type of relationship they had?
Soohyuk: well not too much all I know is Eojin was a playboy but now he is a prosecutor so I don't think he plays anymore...

My phone went off. I pick up the call as it's from inspector Kang! He told me to come to the hospital urgently as I rushed...

At hospital

As I reached I got to know reporter Paul got shot last night. And I'm there for an autopsy!

I and my team were already there as I change into the surgical suit and reached the autopsy room.

Mingyu: 37-year-old male. I Shooted 3 times on the shoulder, leg, and head...
The death happened 8 hours before...
Y/n: okay...

We started the autopsy and it was a clear murder... But then my eyes go to the corpse's stomach idk why but I feel like I should check it... I asked for a dermatome (an instrument used to cut the skin) as I give it a slightly deep cut...
I found something that a man can't eat...
It's a chip! A memory card I guess I pull it out from forceps and put it aside...

As the death is because of a gunshot so there is nothing for us to declare...

After giving the reports to inspector Kang I came back home... With that memory card... Because it must have something...

After Soohyuk came back I shared whatever happened at the hospital, I told him that I got a memory card from side reporter Paul... Both of us are seated as I plug in the memory card. But it does not work... I tried many ways to open it but it didn't work...

Y/n: I guess it's broken!
Soohyuk: hmm seems like
Y/n: Soohyuk?
Soohyuk: hmm?
Y/n: will Eojin end like reporter Paul? Everything is happening because of me, will Eojin end like this..?
Soohyuk: don't think like this! you're doing great work for your loved ones...
Y/n: but-
Soohyuk: leave about this... You should focus on this memory card...
Y/n: hmm! But I can't understand why a man will swallow a thing like this.
Soohyuk: this might have something important that reporter Paul doesn't want to expose...
Y/n: how can we know about this
Soohyuk: why don't we go to Paul's home?

At reporter Paul's home

It was unlocked so we went in firstly we checked his office but there was nothing... We went to his other room and search there... While searching we Heard a noise from upstairs...
Soohyuk: stay behind me...
He said as I followed him on tiptoe...
We reached the room it was Paul's bedroom but there was no one... Only documents are scattered here and there... We check his Almira and bed as Soohyuk found a cabinet that was locked... He tried to open it but we needed a key... "y/n give me your hairpin" he asked as I gave him... With the help of that cabinet got unlocked... We found a laptop there and we took it with us...

I was leaving as my foot got twisted which make me shout a little. Soohyuk helps me to get up as he holds me by my waist and my hand on his shoulder... We walked down... We meet two figures waiting for us...
