On the following day of our diapered break, we resumed our tour of Etuvia. This time, my friends and I wore Easy-Up Vampers diapers. They were comfy, though not as soft as the actual diapers. But they worked well in assisting our potty-training endeavor. Thankfully, Athemyst did not seem to catch wind of that despite being a bedwetter herself.
Athemyst gave us a tour of the main building, consisting of a few floors. The first floor was for the lecture halls. Each lecture hall was labeled with a number and a letter. She explained that she would have her lectures in lecture hall 2-A. The number signified that this was her second year in what would be considered middle school. There was another building and campus for those considered in high school. As for the letter, they divided each student into four different groups that ranged from A to D. There was nothing special behind the letters than random chance. I could picture friends having difficulty separating from each other given this system.
The second and third floors consisted of smaller rooms with plenty of equipment. They were also labeled similarly to the lecture halls. Athemyst described each for unique classes such as magical sciences and cooking, and anything physical education-related was handled outdoors.
Athemyst must have been recalling poor memories of her spellcasting attempts due to how her head drooped down. She seemed to have perked up when we told her how amazing it was, and positive encouragement seemed vital in helping her out.
Now that we had concluded the main lecture building, Athemyst led us through the back exit to a walkway. The walkway was well managed, with a garden filled with colorful flowers and a large tree in the center. There were other buildings in the distance that we had yet to receive details about. But Athemyst walked us over to the nearby building that was pretty large in structure.
"This is cafeteria," Athemyst explained. The entrance part seemed like a hallway leading to the main entrance. There did not appear to be anyone near the entrance since we were about the only people we could see at the moment. "We did eat, but those who remained during summer eat or get food here. We did prepare before and eat elsewhere during lunch hours. It won't hurt to look, though."
The main cafeteria had several tables and counters for picking up food. There were also stairs for an upper level, and I could see space for many people.
Although the cafeteria was what we were looking at, something peculiar caught my vision and everyone else's. Something that my Vampire senses was not even required to pick out. A being that stood out far more than the fufuchi. Our visions glued onto a girl who sat by herself eating her lunch. She had soft pink hair tied down into twin tails trailing her back. A pair of fluffy silver-furred wings spread in the open space behind her. This was no witch nor fufuchi we stared at, but a dragon.
Dragons were regarded similar to us vampires in the past years—isolationists. There has been no word about a dragon girl visiting another place recently. The uniform this girl wore told she was also a student, which would be like telling an outsider a lame joke. But it was true before our eyes.
From my studies, dragons were somewhat similar to the fufuchi, who have parts of beast parts on their body. Fufuchi has ears and a tail, as we have seen first-hand before. Dragons, on the other hand, have a unique dragon part. Many have horns, and some have tails or even ears. However, wings as a trait are so rare that they would be considered legendary. I've read passages stating that wings as a trait come only once per several millenniums.
My eyes were glued onto the draconic girl, and so were my friends, for that matter. Even Miranda appeared to be taken aback by the sudden appearance of this lass.
