The next day was your first day at Hawkins High! And you were lucky enough that today was the basketball game and pep rally, not because of the players but because Chrissy was in the cheer team, but you also hoped to have a least a class with her so you can catch up with her.
Sadly though you didn't share any classes with her but you could wait until later tonight when the pep rally is supposed to start.
You hoped you might find a club to wrestle up some friends around here.
It was lunch time and still no sign of Chrissy. But what did catch your eye was a poster.
It was a Dungeons and Dragons club, Hellfire Club.
It said "We seek your aid young traveler! For we of Hellfire Club ask that you raise your arms for the campaign of your very life's risk! From caves to the icey mountain tops. We seek to find Vecna and restore our world to the next generation of prosperity."
You've heard how popular that game was, you never turned down a good game, so you thought it could be a good club.
Something did ponder questions on the poster...
It had a guitar drawing on it...
"Is their leader in a band or something? They wouldn't put there just for show." You asked yourself while getting your lunch
You also took a look at the picture of the leader. Named Eddie Munson
Eddie who's the leader of this club, had his picture graffiti with them with devil horns and tail behind them. Along with words titled in red next to his name.
"The freak!" In bold red letters
"Someone else must of done that. A jerk I bet." You wondered
While trying to find a seat you overheard someone talking aloud.
"Dungeons and Dragons the make believe RPG of the century, has parents and even doctors worried about the things their kids are being exposed to such as, Satanism, sacrifices and *snickers* murder! These people think they're SO SMART@SSES." A tall guy with long curly messy hair shouted slamming down a magazine
You noticed that he's the very same Eddie in the picture on the poster, you strolled your way over to the table.
"FREAKSHOW!" a kid shouted to Eddie
While walking towards the table with all these Hellfire Club members, you tripped from a guy's leg outstretched purposely trying to make you fall.
"Jason!" A girl's voice sounded angry with the guy
"*laughs* Sorry new girl *gasp* OH sh!t, that's your half sister right?!" The same guy cursed under his breath
"Huh?" The same girl looked towards you
"Fvck off! People have their own interests and business so maybe you should learn to respect it!" You vented at the both of them before getting up and getting a brand new lunch
Meanwhile at the Hellfire table.
"What's going on?" Dustin asked while trying to look towards the commotion
"I don't know something about a new girl or something?" Mike said while trying to get a good look at the situation
"I heard that anger in her. She sounded so pissed. So apparently Chrissy has a half sister?" A guy told
You soon got another lunch and kept moving towards the Hellfire table. So you decided to go full throttle to asking to join up.
"Hi there. I'm Y/N I recently moved from (state or country) I actually used to live here in Hawkins. I saw your club poster. I was hoping to join your club!" You greeted
"You know anything about DnD? Dustin by the way." The freshman boy named Dustin asked
"Uh no but I hope to learn how to heh. But that's not the only reason why I'm hoping to join" You answered
"What's the other reason? I'm Eddie. Eddie Munson." Eddie asked while chewing on a lollipop
"I can play the bass. I didn't want to bring it today in case I took a fall like I did just now. Good thing I didn't." You replied
"*chokes on lolipop* Holy cr@p! You serious?! I play guitar. I used to be in a band. Although I kinda disbanded it. But we could duet or something like that. If you want I guess." Eddie was surprised
"Really? I'd really love to. Thing is I hope to be famous like Metallica, Aerosmith, Bon Jovi those kinda bands. It's more of a dream I could wish for." You told
"You've got good taste my friend! Say how's about I get vengeance on that pr!ck over there for you huh?" Eddie smirked
"Hoho he's about to get it now." You chuckled deviously
"Hey ball thrower! Why don't you toss that hard @ss head of yours into that laundry basket full of bullsh!t. No one! I mean no one harms a soon to be DnD player! Not on my watch!" Eddie shouted to Jason while standing atop the table while giving him the bird.
"Knock it off you b!tch!" Jason stood up from his seat
Eddie stared while giving Jason the devil face and soon sit back down.
You thought it was just for his charm.
"So when is this campaign?" You asked
"Tonight actually! But uh.. Eddie we got a problem." Dustin spoke up
"What?" Eddie muttered
"Lucas can't make it he's got his game..." Mike answered
"Well find someone to full him in I don't give a cr@p who it is. I've gotta teach Y/N here the ropes of DnD here. Because I have to rewrite some things so it'll make sense for Y/N. Being the DM is not an easy job children. I'm not stopping 'The Cult of Vecna' just before the climax." Eddie told firmly
"We got it... Lord Kas." Dustin answered in a dramatic voice before leaving off with Mike to find someone to fill in Lucas
The bell soon rang.
Eddie then turned towards you while everyone had left.
"Wanna blow this joint and teach you the basics now? Free of charge..." Eddie asked with a smile as he walked off as the last part of his sentence echoed through the hall
"You what... why the hell not!" You answered as you ran off to follow after Eddie.
