"Ugh, when's (f/n) coming back?"
The short libero leaned against the wall next to the gray haired third year.
"He lets you call him by his first name?"
Noya shrugged,
"He's not here, but I decided that we were close enough for me to do it!"
Sugawara chuckled,
"Hm, maybe I should do the same then! I've also been missing (f/n),"
Noya nodded in agreement.
"Who do you think he misses the most? Besides me of course,"
Sugawara rubbed his chin,
"Well, besides me... then it'd probably be... actually, I'm not sure? I feel like if we asked him he'd find away to avoid the question,"
Noya nodded in agreement.
"That's totally something he'd do, and I don't really like that! Why doesn't he just answer the question!"
Sugawara chuckled nervously,
"I feel the same way, but I'm sure he's just trying to avoid hurting anyones feelings,"
The short of the two huffed, knowing the older was right.
Although you never participated too much during club times, they still greatly missed your presence, though they didn't let it impede on their progress.
"You still haven't told me when he's coming back though,"
"About two weeks,"
"TWO WEEKS?"
His voice could be heard throughout the night sky, shaking the meat-bun that was in his hand.
A glare from a certain third year caused him to quiet down to a whisper.
"Two whole weeks? What is he even doing anyways?!"
Sugawara also brought his voice to a whisper,
"I heard he's gone to a school in Tokyo to take pictures for them,"
He felt his phone buzz in his pocket, and he pulled it out to see what the cause was.
"Oh! He just sent me a message!"
He moved closer to the libero so they could both see your text, and their eyes were instantly attracted to the image you had sent .
It was a selfie of you winking. A simple picture yes, but one that dealt super effective damage on the hearts of the two volleyball boys.
They saw you follow up the image with a text.
"Tell the team I miss them!"
An idea emerged from Sugawara's head.
"We should send him a picture too! Noya, quick, come closer!"
They both posed together with their meat-buns for Sugawara's phone camera, with the third year quickly sending the photo to you.
"We miss you too!"
They waited patiently for your response, which popped up after a minute.
