"And that Ushijima guy really gets on my nerves, he's always acting like he's better than us!"

The orange haired boy finished his rant with a scowl.

You sat next to him with an amused grin,
"You said he's from Shiratorizawa, right?"

Hinata turned to you in surprise,
"Yeah, you know him or something?"

You shook your head,
"No, but I wish I did. I've been hoping to get a gig to take photos for them so I could see him in action, he's super hot. If he asked me out, I'd totally..."

The shocked look on Hinata's face was enough to shut you up.

"HOW COULD YOU SAY THAT ABOUT HIM! HE'S THE WORST!"

After a few moments, he realized something that was even more important, whispering it into your ear carefully,
"Does that mean you like boys?!?!"

You stood up and dragged the short volleyball player to a more private area.

"Hinata, I'm going to tell you something, and I need you to promise you won't tell anyone,"

He nodded his head furiously, and after hesitating for a moment, you spoke.

"Yes, I do like men,"

He gasped sharply, in both shock and awe.

"I didn't know you were allowed to do that!"

You shrugged,
"Being allowed to do it is a different story, but yeah, you can,"

He stood for a moment taking that information in.

"Does anyone else know?"

"Kageyama and Sugawara-senpai,"

Hinata pouted,
"How come you told that idiot before me?!"

You couldn't help but chuckle to his reaction to the information you had given him.
"Well, he was there when Sugawara-senpai asked,"

The scowl on his face continued on before he came up with another question, pulling on your arm so he could whisper into your ear once more,
"Have you ever had a boyfriend before?"

"Y'know I don't really know if I should tell you that yet, but I can tell you is that a boy's proposed to me before,"

"WHAT?!"

You covered his mouth with your hand,
"ZIP IT!"

He ripped your hand off his mouth quieting his voice
"What?! I didn't even know you could get married at our age!"

"You can't. I was kind of joking when I said that y'know. It was a long long time ago, before I moved here to Miyagi. I was best friends with a boy, he was a bit lonely since his family was always busy,"

Hinata patiently listened to your story.

"His cousin was nice too. Well anyways, sometimes kids propose to eachother without really knowing what that means, and that's what happened. Heh, he gave me a ring made out of grass! I still remember it clearly,"

"What happened to him?"

You looked out into the distance,
"Well, I had to move, and he didn't really take it well. I mean, I was his only friend besides his cousin, so it's kind of understandable. We got into an argument before I got here, for all I know he's still angry with me,"

"That's such a crappy ending! He has to know by now that you couldn't do anything about it, right?"

You shrugged,
"Who knows? Either he's came to that realization or he hasn't. Sometimes things like that can fester when unresolved. I just wish I could see him again to make things right,"

The black-haired male sneezed in his mask, quickly replacing it with a spare.

"Bless you. You catching a cold or something? Seems pretty odd since you're always wearing that mask,"

All he did was scoff before moving on.
