(Wow theres gonna be a lot if new characters in these next chapters 🙂)

After a few more minutes the 2 voices who had been talking for a while finally stopped. "Alright.. Camilo, this is the place you'll be staying, I hope you can get along with everyone here."

Camilo forced himself to smile, then realized he had been left alone, he didn't even know where to go from there, luckily, the younger boy from before grabbed his hand and led him to another room on the 2nd floor that had a bunch of beds, each bed assigned to different people. This room apperently where everyone who was 13-18 (13 through 18 years old) stayed in.

The younger boy around Antonio's age reassuringly smiled at Camilo then left, off to find his friends.

Camilo looked nervous, in fact, he was really warm but shivering as well, like it was cold and hot at the same time, Camilo began to feel nauseous and quickly walked to the bed assigned to him, sitting on the edge of it for a moment to calm down even though he noticed a few people staring at him when he looked up but they quickly looked away.

Camilo looked too terrified to even move, he was in a room full of kids around his age.. without knowing their true intentions.. it scared him but at this point what didn't? If his family ever showed up.. he would be so happy he didnt even care if they hated him. And he'd never disobey them again unless he was forced too. Still blaming himself for mostly everything.

After a moment of him sitting in silence with his own thought, a boy about a year older than him, walked up to him.

"Hey." The boy said.

Camilo seemed startled for a moment and slightly jumped. "Hey." Camilo said back.

"Sorry that everyones staring it- just about most of the city knows about you- because of the missing posters and all.. is it true? That you were... well kidnapped?" He asked.

Camilo looked at him, the word kept replaying in his mind. "Its true.. and I dont know where my home even is.. Its in an extremely rural part of Colombia but now.. I dont even have a way to reach them, I'm scared that I'll never get home.." Camilo's eyes began tearing up and he quickly looked away from the boy, turning his back to him.

"You know it's okay to cry in front of us, we can tell your upset, trust me we all have cried.. everyone here is either here because their parents.... are either dead or lost custody of them, and have no family members who can look after them or they are here because of reasons they dont like to talk about.. but, besides that, we wont judge you." He comfortingly smiled, hoping to make Camilo feel a bit safer.

Camilo looked back at the boy with tears streaming down his face. His voice started to sound shaky and he talked a bit quieter "Its not okay, I've cried way too much and it always reminds me of how worthless my family made me feel- but even if they hate me or even if they treat me horribly.. I just want them back. It's not fair, I dont know what I did wrong..-"

The boy sat in the edge of the bed next to Camilo and looked at him with sympathy, gently pulling him into a hug then let go after a moment. "Listen I know it's not the same.. but for now we could be your family? Here, basically everyone is a family, so if anything happends you can tell any of us." The boy comfortingly smiled again at Camilo.

Camilo slightly smiled, trying to wipe tears off his face before he probably embarrassed himself by continuing to cry. "That would be nice.. if its okay with everyone else."

"Of course its okay with them, oh- and by the way, my name is Daniel, and its been nice to meet you." He kept smiling.

"Nice to meet you too, sorry about how I get all emotional, it happends a lot.. its just that a lot has been going on for the past year or two and- I can't stop thinking about some things that have happened.."
