"So, why this group meeting?" Olivia inquired, looking bored.
A week had passed since we had come back. We were following our regular schedule again. It was not as exciting as fighting giants but it was something way easier. Except for the boring history lessons. Still don't understand why Lucy loves it.
Lucy and I had been discussing this for a while now. "We need a group name, you know?" I answered the question.
Now, the team looked interested.
"Now we're getting at something." Linent held his face in his palms, leaning forward at the table. "I'm starting to get some ideas. Our initials? Nah, too cliché. What about a random name? Like...Asphalt. Nope, something meaningful. What if-"
I rolled my eyes. "Do you ever shut up?"
"Oh, like you do."
"At least I don't blabber like you."
"Keep imagining."
Lucy came between us before we could strangle each other. "Okay, enough!"
I huffed, leaning back on my chair. I had some colorful words to call Linent but my sis didn't let me speak.
"While you were arguing, I figured out a good name," Oliver spoke up. "The Pentagons."
"Cause there's five of us. Nice." Lucy finished.
"What d'you say?" Oliver asked us. We all looked at each other before nodding.
"Then it is final. We are officially The Pentagons." I announced.
Olivia, Oliver, Linent, Lucy, and I- The Pentagons. Making ourselves a team sounded like a responsibility. Like we are meant to do something. But I was ready to have an adventure again. And it felt like it wasn't the end to this saving the world scheme. It was just the beginning.
The End
